“They did a great job with my move. Made sure all items were securely wrapped, showed up on time. I would have given 5 stars if the move was done in a shorter period of time. I did not have that many items to move (a couch, dissembled bed frame, mattress, chest, side table, carpet, and a couple boxes) took 3.5 hours for 2 people. I didn’t feel any sense of urgency although I was paying per hour. Mover also told me that they didn’t have any other moves that day. Location was from Whalley to New Westminster. I understand care and not rushing but felt it could have been done in a more timely manner. That would be my only complaint, but overall a stress free service and would recommend to others.”

“I highly recommend Smart Movers Coquitlam, they were wonderful to work with. We moved from Coquitlam to Chilliwack. They were answering all my questions prior to the move and explained everything. They showed up at the time we agreed on and were very efficient, wrapping furniture, laying down protector mats and finished in a very timely manner. The destination was challenging, our new home is on the top of a steep driveway. The unpacking also went quickly. They were polite and respectful throughout the whole encounter, rendering a stressful move way less stressful. And they gave a very good price, I felt like they worked double for every penny. The Movers Ghani and Shams both were extremely focused and worked very hard to move everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. There was not a single moment I was concerned about the move.It's a stressful process that the entire team made easy from the start. You speak with an internal member, in my case Akka, and they offer a quote with detailed information regarding hours/to and from/size.
