Friendly customer service and was able to get some documents printed in colour and bound with a nice coil and front/back cover. Will definitely return for future printing needs and to help things have that added professional look and feel!

Kickstart is the best printing shop I've found in Port Moody, hands down. I've been working with them for several years and have placed many orders. They have the best combination of good prices and high quality. And their customer service is fantastic. Brad and Elissa are patient, positive, always go the extra mile, and make sure to get everything spot on in the end. Thank you both!

Fantastic. The quality of the product I requested and received was very high and expertly made. The price can be a bit high but for quality this high its probably going to be worth it. Would recommend.

As a small business owner, we like to support other small businesses, especially in our local area. It pains me to write a negative review, but I feel that others should be cautioned about the lack of service that this print shop delivers.After chasing down my order with in person visits, the owner Brad continued to deliver empty promises on timeline and completion. Further, emails went unanswered.I also left a sample in their hands that I was expecting to get back, to no avail.An unfortunate experience and waste of my time to chase down an order which likely never made it any further than a promise.One star is for his friendly staff who seemed to be clueless to the operations failed processes.I strongly recommend that anyone looking for printing services go elsewhere.

Brad and his team were extremely helpful and responsive with printing a couple of unique wedding related products ( thank you cards, a crossword poster). I also found the prices very reasonable, especially with such a quick turnaround. Great service and great quality products!

Great service and great products!Brad was very patient, and he did a great job explaining things to me to ensure that we were on the same page about the products that I was asking for. He also made sure to address every single question and concern that I had one at a time, and didn't rush or skip through details.The products themselves were also of excellent quality and were delivered quickly.I'll definitely be coming back for future print jobs, and highly recommend coming to Kickstart Printing for your printing needs!

Not sure if this place has new owners? Had a great experience last year with an annual project. This year, the business has completely ghosted me after taking my money.I first sent my job in in January. I tried to pick it up but it wasn’t there, and I’ve since moved. I was told they would ship it to me in February. It never showed up and now they have stopped replying to my emails. I even tried to get the Better Business Bureau to contact them, and they’ve now closed the case because the business won’t respond. Such a headache. Don’t waste your time/money!!EDIT: I see that the business has replied, which is the first I’ve heard from them in weeks. They said they would ship the reprint, which they never did. Brad and team: still waiting for you to reply to my emails.

Brad and the team at kickstart printing did an amazing job. They were super fast and the quality was fantastic. I had many questions about the job and they were able to give me great advice so I could figure out what would work best for my project. I was looking to have some tickets, with a perforated edge printed for our elementary school's upcoming Pub Night - when I was referred to Kickstart Printing.I worked directly with Brad - who was super communicative, positive, and worked with me to ensure what both he needed to print and we needed to hand out worked. His services are professional, high quality, and he is a wonderfully kind human.
