“I'm a landscape manager for Mandy's Spring Nursery, we purchased a fire bowl from Solus for a customer. The entire ordering, receiving, installation, and after the sale process has been excellent. Product came very well protected in the crate and in perfect condition, as expected but always great to have things go well. Very simple to install due to the way the fire bowl is assembled, simply had to hook it up to the gas line with the line it came with. Easy to adjust the flame height and look of them by adjusting the position of the stones that came with it. Overall very pleased with the company and the product, we will highly recommend them to future customers who are looking for outdoor fire features.”

“It's a ikea. Cheap furniture sold for way too much money in North America. What's considered cheap furniture in Europe somehow is a status symbol in Canada in which people pay lots of money on. The store is like all the ikea stores. Very big. The food area seems "cold and sterile". Not inviting at all. However the store has a good selection but is like said before way too expensive.”

“The gentlemen who works there during the weekdays was so helpful. He was informative and wasn’t pushy on the sale. He answered all my questions. I brought my family in on a weekend so they can help decide on the color of sofa. The girl working there rolled her eyes, had an attitude grabbing the swatch of colors even though all she had to do was turn around and grab them. She didn’t even need to walk 2 steps to show it to us. Then she was aggressive and telling me to order through her. I’m not sure if they’re on commission but I will definitely will not order through her. I went back to Structube on a weekday and ordered through the gentleman in case he does get the commission. I ended up ordering 2 sofas.”
