I visited to fix my car due to a collision, and the Korean owner handled the work very quickly and accurately. When you call, the owner may seem a bit unfriendly, but I think it's because he's so busy with the backlog of cars. When you actually go and meet him, he's a really nice person. Thanks to that, I didn't have much of a gap period without my car, and I was able to get my car fixed not long after the accident. He also found and fixed damaged parts that I didn't notice. My car is in great condition after the repair. I highly recommend this shop.

My Audi S5 drivers side door panels had multiple dents across 2 doors. I was concerned about paint matching and the overall smoothing of the panels again. These guys did a 10/10 job exactly on time and exactly for the price they quoted me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Superb craftmanship. Everyone in my family and I have been loyal patrons for many years. They provide accurate estimate of working days and always get job done in timely manner all times. Their work quality is also top notch, par non. They deal with ICBC claim promptly then quick on providing information in this regard. I highly recommend this shop.

Do not ask the owner about the repair estimate in case of ICBC claimed, he does not like that and take charge of it neither. Worse, he did not cancel my ICBC claim access by holding it so another repair man could not access it. Though, before my leaving the office, I confirmed him to cancel it and he said yes and that was good to go other body shop.... It's an intentional negligence. One more, you need a gas mask not to pass out in the office full of chemicals.

Front office staff very well organized, always had the paperwork all ready for me. Both my wife and myself have had work done here. One car was pretty badly crunched, the other a minor fender bender. In both cases the car came back like new. New weird squeaks or rattles, all the doors close properly. Excellent workmanship in general. I had a private job done and the estimate was very fair. Very happy with our experience.

This is the first time for me to write a review on anything but I think with the excellent workmanship and detailing the staff did with my 2015 Honda Odyssey they deserve a real thumbs up on an excellent job done.
This is also the first time that after fixing the scratches on the car and reviewing the work done I had the wonderful experience of sitting in a car which had been completely cleaned inside and out and feeling like it was still in the showroom at Westwood Honda,
