“I've been using this service for years. They are polite, thorough and very efficient. It can get backed up which is a testiment to the consistency of the work. I do in and out cleans and my cars always look and smell great when done. Nice that the tires are shined too. Cost is very reasonable for the work done. I have yet to do any paint correction or advanced care but will update when I do.”

“This place is really efficient. For a basic car wash it's $30 and for basic inside and out it's $50 dollars. Opted to get a external only car wash and went walking around. When I came back after 15 minutes it was already done.For the price if you're just doing basic stuff, I think it's worth.”
“I started bringing my Ford Escape here a couple years ago, and have yet to be disappointed... I recently dropped it off last week after two weekends of wilderness camping and a week-long road trip (that included camping) with multiple dogs, you can imagine how gross it was inside and out! I did some pre-vaccuming of dog hair, but it was still pretty dirty when I dropped it off to them. Seven hours later, I got my car back looking and smelling almost as good as new! Roy and his team are awesome, can't recommend them enough. :)”

“Came with my Xtra Large SUV for the first time. I booked in for a interior and exterior clean. They did a great job. Online says this job takes approx 45min but they called me 1.5 hours later to pick up my car. They were very friendly. 100% worth the money. I will be back regularily.”

“5 stars simply because it's the only self serve wash in the area. Bonuses are it's open 24/7 and has machines with debit and credit card readers that dispense tokens. Seriously what more could you ask for? Please never close!I'm updating my review because the last two times I've been here the machine has pre authorized my card for the maximum amount but the merchant has not accepted the actual tokens bought so the difference has not been refunded. Please fix this! It's tying up $30+ in my credit card!”

Just scan your membership QR code.If you are refueling + car washing, there is a discount in the esso app. If you refuel, you can reduce the car wash fee by 2 yuan.In the category of touchless car washes, the results have exceeded my expectations. But by the way, before leaving the car wash, please try to spend an extra 10 seconds to let the hair dryer dry it thoroughly. In addition, I recommend bringing a towel and drying the car before setting off, otherwise stains will still appear when water droplets encounter dust on the road.”

“Several Yelp complaints about the gas prices and problems with the car wash at this location. Number 1: As a visitor, no one has control over gas prices. It's the way of life if you choose to own and drive a gas vehicle. Number 2: Don't wash your car using automated car washes, especially at a gas station. I am glad the pumps are open in the early hours of the day and they took credit card as payment. This is how life works.”
“Overall I’ve had good experiences here. It’s a bit pricey for the service but what isn’t expensive these days. I would like to set the record straight from some of the below negative reviews I’m reading which seem pretty unreasonable to me. I don’t know what people are expecting from an automatic car wash in terms of quality of clean and they likely haven’t gone to an actual detailer ever or in the last 15 years, but first of all most detail shops aren’t open 24/7 nor do they do a full car wash for $20-$32 (not talking about interior cleaning at all in this cost of course and depending on what package you choose).Generally speaking at a detailer you’re looking at $45-$50+ minimum for an exterior wash and waiting 30-45 mins (20 mins best case scenario with no one in line). Sure the detailer would generally do a better job but you can’t compare these two experiences in time or cost. At Shine Auto wash you’re generally in/out in 5-7 mins including your time purchasing the wash at the terminal.In my experience if my car is dirty and I get the platinum top end wash for $32 it gets it to 8.5-9/10 clean, I always bring a damp rag to park off to the side and clean the vehicle once complete or wipe it down as soon as I’m home to hit the tricky spots around the license plate, door handles, wheels or etc for 3-4 mins.Overall it does a pretty good job. I frequent this place at least 2-3 times a month between my families 3 vehicles and they’re always open rain, shine, or snow.My recommendation if any would be to offer some type of yearly or monthly packages. Perhaps a buy 10 washes get 1 free or something to incentivize more washes for regular customers, a yearly membership or similar, or just lowering the platinum wash down to $25 max. I know a lot of friends who would consider washing their vehicle more often here if it was a bit cheaper.The token vacuum stalls across the street are great too and no complaints of the time allotment for the $3, only ask would be to have tap/pay friendly terminals at the vacuums so you don’t need to buy the token coins.”
