“I live in Richmond but came across this branch while shopping nearby. So I came in to pay some bills. While setting everything up for me, the front desk staff Soroush took a quick look at my profile and discovered I didn’t have the right proper plan yet. He helped me upgrade it so that now I don’t need to pay extra transaction fee every month anymore. He also followed up with some better options regarding the large balance in my chequing account so that I could earn higher interest rate now. Most importantly he patiently taught me how to use mobile app to pay bills and deposit cheques so that I don’t have to worry about coming to the branch every time for such small things and save so much time and trouble for me. I am glad that I came across this branch and the responsible staff Soroush and I am so grateful to see my BMO asset is now taken good care of!”

“This branch is a more neighborhood branch with fewer tellers so do expect some lineups and delay. I usually go when they first open at 9am so the wait time is usually minimal.
Visited this branch a few month back because I missed the deadline for a form to be sent back to TD. Julie Rasheed, the manager, not only did she answered my question professionally, but also offered to send the document via internal mail so it would be get there quickly. Her demeanor & positive vibes truly brighten up my morning.

I had been experiencing an issue with my credit card which required a lot of back and forth between the branch and CIBC's central credit department. Elnaz went above and beyond in taking on my case and advocating for me to get an ideal resolution. Unfortunately the credit department is a lot more difficult to deal with than the branch (truly, the credit department is terrible), but again, I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch and the staff who work here.”

“Okay. First of all I'm not going to lie. I've had my issues and problems with TD Bank. In the past I've had problems and issues. I'm not going to lie but besides that I've had nothing but a good experience with them besides that little issue that happened years ago. But this is why now I always use cash. I don't use my debit card for the life for me because it had to do something with my debit card and it didn't end well. So this is why I use cash. This is where I'm always cashing out money because it's so much simpler. And like I said I don't like using my debit card. But besides that the people are amazing like a great customer service. And yes it turns to get crowded especially when people get paid and everybody's rushing to the bank all at the same time. But regardless of that they always apologize for taking too long. But besides that to be honest there's nothing really wrong with TD Bank. I mean like I said their customer service is amazing. Love it and they are super friendly anyways besides the little incident that happened years ago with TD, you know what? I'm still going to give him five out of five stars just because they're just because you know they're customer service is amazing. They're super friendly and they're really nice and they're really quick to answer all your questions that you may have so they're awesome. I love them! I hope that helps”
