I went there tonight around 730-8pm pm to get a charger as mine got lost. After seeing the small selection in the back, I noticed a bigger selection by the till. I switched the one I picked out as I wasn’t sure if it would work. I told the lady named Tammy “oh I will just switch this for this one” she immediately let out a huge sigh followed by a few grunts like like she was annoyed? What the? Lol. Judging by the previous reviews, Tammy tends to do this. Immediately she was rude to me and was condescending. I was in shock. All because she had to re scan something. I paid and then asked for a receipt as she stood there and wouldn’t give it to me???? She rudely said we don’t do returns for electronics and we’re not big on them either. She acted like it was the end of the world that I asked for a receipt. Again with the sighs and she rolled her eyes at me. FYI, I paid for this and yes I will get my receipt. and yes you can return chargers if it’s the wrong one, as I’ve done it before. I could not tell if I had the correct one. Even so you can nicely say so. Nonetheless I was extremely nice during all of this and was baffled and how she treated me for NO reason other than doing her job. Tammy, don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to treat people especially kind ones. Management needs to a big review on this chick that works for them that is absolutely terrible to people for no reason. Management, do better, look at your previous reviews. This is a common occurrence with this employee. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had

Came in around 430, Tami was very rude to me as I asked if any straws were available. She needs to learn manners as she treats customers like they are clueless. No customer appreciates the rudeness and she should be fully re trained on the appreciation of customers working in customer service.

We always have great customer experience at this store because the people who work here are truly awesome! Ritika, Tami, Arsh, Kamal, and other employees are super friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They work very hard, and they certainly deserve respect from us, the customers.We visit the store almost every day and we will keep coming back!

Came in around 10:30pm to get some snacks. Female employee behind the counter seemed to be grunting and huffing and puffing, rather loudly, and I’m not sure why.I browsed for a few minutes and decided I wanted some doughnuts but I didn’t see the paper bags for them hidden below.I politely turned to the employee and began to ask where I could find the bags, and before I could even finish speaking she cut me off rudely, and stated ‘if you don’t see it we don’t have it’. I got three words out. ‘Do you have-‘ and got cut off. If finished my sentence and she pointed below where the bags were, and said ‘ya know, where they always are’ in a very rude tone.I laughed in her face, put down the doughnut tongs, bid her farewell and walked out.Completely uncalled for, extremely rude and unprofessional. By far, the worst customer service skills I’ve even seen. I decided to go to a different establishment to spend my money because I don’t feel like being treated like that. Wednesday, October 18th 10:30pm is the date and time I was in.This was a one star experience, but I put two stars because I have had always a pleasant experience with other employees at this location, friendly and helpful, but tonight was a different experience entirely and I will not likely be back anytime soon

This location should be embarrassed of their lack of inventory, even at 1am,when I decided to stop in and there where no items on display in the hotcase. I was planning on purchasing 2 slices of their take n bake fresh pepperoni pizza and the employee behind the counter on duty had nothing out for disdisplay. Do better 7 Eleven.

The long haired, long eye-lashed young girl working the other day was surprisingly quite competent, very rare in an age of horrendous customer service everywhere you go. Multi tasking, quick, helpful and even said hi to everyone who walked in the door. She's a keeper

Holy crow, ordered items from here on Uber eats and they only gave me a fraction of what I ordered and still charged me for everything. I ordered hot food, drinks, chips, doughnuts, and all that came were the chips and I was still charged.This is gross neglect, truely incapable workers clearly.

Every time I visit this 7/11 i’m always greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello. the staff are so friendly, best customer service at a 7/11 location by far. at the checkout they also always ensure to ask if i found everything i was looking for, great service

It was a pleasant surprise to be able to meet the current record-holder for rudest employee. Was able to see the perfected practices that earned her the title as I somehow was able to go in with absolutely zero expectations, and still be disappointed. I don’t expect much from an AVERAGE 4am graveyard employee, but being the living embodiment of self hatred looked almost as if she was putting in extra effort to make it the worst customer service experience possible. Good day.
