This review is long overdue… over a year ago we made the decision to move from the Lower Mainland to Cranbrook BC. We hired Westcan Moving Systems to do all the heavy work for us and I was extremely impressed. First, Adam White was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came to the house personally and took a look at all of our belongings and was able to provide an accurate and reasonable price for the move. With the day of the move, all of the crew were very friendly and very accommodating. This company was fantastic to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again!

Best movers out of 4 we've used in the Lower Mainland. We'd echo the other positive reviews. Fast, but so friendly you'll (almost) wish it took them longer. No damage to anything in our long distance move, and the whole crew jumped into action on every special request with "I'm on it". I would not hesitate to highly recommend Adam and his team for any move. If movers are generally "rough", Westcan is a polished gem.Services: Oversized-item moving

We used Westcan's Moving Service at the end of June to move from our home and needed our items delivered in two sessions, one the next day and one 5 days later as we were doing renos in the new home. Adam was very professional and curtious from the beginning and understanding of our unique circumstances. We also observed that he is respectful to his staff as well and it shows in their work ethics. We are beyond pleased with how smooth our entire move was, all thanks to Adam and his team going above and beyond. We have moved homes 4-5 times in the past 20 years and this move was handled exceptionally well. Our fragile items were carefully wrapped at the last minute even though we had packed our own boxes, there was no time wasted, blankets were laid out to respect our home and the boys were all well trained in assembling of furniture afterwards. We would love to give them 10/10 recomendation any time!!

I had such a good experience the first time I used this moving company I decided to try them again. I was not disappointed!! From beginning to end the movers were courteous, professional and careful. When we arrived at the new place they took the time to wrap blankets around the glass stairwell and lay down moving carpets to protect the floors. They were fast yet conscientious of the walls, damage etc. Once again a great experience - the price was totally reasonable and ended up being slightly less than estimated!! So great! If you need a move done, I highly recommend WestCan

My biggest mistake was putting my trust in Westcan and believing Adam White when he promised me that they would take care of our belongings. Many items were damaged or destroyed and despite having paid for insurance, i have been getting the run-around for three months now trying to make a claim. It is so aggravating to have to file complaints with the BBB and dispute charges with my credit card company. I truly regret having chosen Westcan to do our move.
