Please do not use this facility for international passport photos. I should have read the other reviews stating this. I received a very overexposed, grainy and poor quality image to send The Australian High Commission. Even prior to sending I had my extreme doubts, but was assured they were professionals. The photo was quickly declined, and when I emailed them for rectification, they declined the image having any issues. They did offer to reshoot, however could not confirm or deny if it would be any better when I asked, and have just stopped responding to me. Kerrisdale Cameras at Coquitlam Center reshot mine.

Terrible service. Took PR card photo and it didn’t work for the online application so I went back and asked them to send the digital copies to my email. I stopped by twice on different days to make sure they had my email and they confirmed it and guaranteed they would send me the picture on that same day (mind you, that was on 2 different days) and still haven’t received anything on my email. I called later to ask them to send the damn photo and still haven’t received them!! Now I have to go somewhere else to take another picture and pay for that all over again, all because they kept lying and saying they would email me the photo, so I kept waiting for that and lost precious time to send in my application. If you’re applying for a permanent resident card or something important that is time sensitive DO NOT use their service. Horrible costumer service, staff is unfriendly and do not care. Go anywhere else.

Phone to see if they were open. I spoke with an polite lady who said. Yes, come on down. We're open and we can do your passport photo but once Arriving with cold meaning, go to Walmart. Cause they can't help me. Or I could come in. The following day.This was yesterday at 1 in the afternoon. This is just my experience.

Avoid this place at all cost.I cannot comprehend the satisfaction some customers claim to have with this place. The experience was nothing short of dreadful, characterized by unparalleled unpleasantness and rudeness.On one occasion, I accompanied my parents for PR photos, which cost a hefty 20-30 dollars each – far from reasonable. To make matters worse, my mother's photo was disqualified by the government, necessitating a redo. The inconvenience was not met with any empathy or understanding.In another instance, my wife simply wanted to print some photos. However, the staff exhibited a disdainful attitude, as if we were a burden. To add insult to injury, they insisted on charging an exorbitant $25 for each printed photo.Consistency is the only thing this establishment seems to excel at – consistently providing rude and unpleasant service. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to steer clear at all costs. The overall experience is nothing short of regrettable, and there are undoubtedly better alternatives elsewhere.

Ordered online through their website two photos for Christmas. It never mentioned a date or time to pick up so I called the next morning to clarify. Not only was the woman super friendly , but she helped fix the sizing on what I really wanted the photos to be and told me it would be ready in a few hours ! Right before Christmas is such a busy time, so the fact they received my photos, customized the sizing and printed them all in the same day for me to pick it up was wonderful! The woman was very kind and helpful , and I definitely will consider this place next time over other company’s when getting my photos quickly printed

I had some treasured pictures put on canvas and the result was stunning. The pics were over 20 yers old and the canvas had wonderful clarity and color. I highly recommend them, and Donya was a delight to work with. The studio is spacious and clean and has lots of examples to look at. Very reasonably priced. You won’t regret it.

Having observed its high rating on Google Review, I selected this photo studio for taking passport photos of my child, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon entering the establishment, the receptionists greeted me with a complete lack of a smile and an air of rudeness. Following the photo session with my kids, the results were not presented to me. Upon receiving the photos the next day, I was genuinely shocked. Aside from the inconsistent lighting and dark patches, the photo paper's quality was subpar, and the resolution fell short. When I approached the Service Canada service desk, I was informed that photos with backgrounds of varying colors would not be accepted. This evidently points to a quality issue with the photo paper. I have decided against returning to this photo lab, and I strongly discourage others from choosing it. It's really disappointing and waste of time and money.

I ordered a large 30"x40" giclee print of an original painting I created. The order was filled quickly and the colour match was spot on. The print was packaged very professionally. Very pleased with the service and product.
