Hal and Kaylie were amazing the moment I arrived to the store. They took so much time to educate me and help me choose the best chair for my needs. Both treated me with so much kindness and didn't make me feel pressured to make any decisions on my pupurchase. i would highly recommend Hal and his team to anyone. My sincere THANK YOU to Eric who was a lifesaver helping me with repair of my mom’s power chair. We have been dealing with Tri-City Home Medical Equipment for many years now and the customer service and technical service is consistently outstanding. My mom is a resident at Langley Seniors Village and is disabled and her power chair is an essential part of her mobility. Eric stepped in above and beyond and we are truly grateful.

My mother needed a new wheel chair quickly at her care home. Hal was fast to respond and explained some options. As soon as the parts were all in, he quickly assembled the chair and delivered it in person. We are happy to have purchased from Tri City Home Medical, and appreciate the excellent service.

We had a very good experience at Tri City Home Medical Equipment. Their customer service is top notch and they accommodate the needs and schedule of their clients.They didn't have an available travel scooter at first when I called but they ordered it without a purchase yet, and I already forgot about it but Kaylie followed up with a call. It was for my mom and they gave a good offer so we purchased it with a reclining chair.We asked if it can be delivered soon because we will be away in the next few days and they managed to accommodate our request and delivered the next day.We really appreciate a busines like them, where you feel they care about their customers. We will be buying again with them for any medical equipment needs of my parents. Highly recommend them! Everyone who worked there are great!

I fractured four ribs and was having an incredibly difficult, painful time sitting down and standing up. I called and Hal answered the phone. He delivered and set up a recliner lift chair within the hour and it’s made a huge difference in my recovery. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and willingness to help immediately. Thank you thank you.

We have been dealing with Tri City Home Medical Equipment for many years for a variety of products and services, and although they have always provided great and friendly service, I have to say their technician Eric is exceptionally wonderful. I found him to be a savior! Although his schedule was jam packed for 2 weeks, due to what I felt was an urgent safety issue with my dad's chair lift, he made the time in his day on the same day that I called the office to go to my dad's and assess the situation with his chair lift, and within 2 days he was back at my dad's with an ordered part and he serviced my dad's chair lift to ensure that my dad would be safe in the event of an emergency. Thank you ever so much Eric for your outstanding service and friendliness!

Hal and team were a great help getting my 88 year old mother into the correct wheelchair. Hal met mom at her care home and delivered the chair to her. They even helped us get the correct forms for the insurance company.

I just want to give a special huge thank you and shout out to Hal and his team the girls at the front and especially Eric who did The Impossible I haven't had my mobility scooter in 4 years littery it's been in and out of the shop at a different medical supply store and I was always getting the runaround from the ministry and something was not adding up they kept trying to fix it I get it back and it breaks down again long story short I finally called Eric for him to come do an assessment on my scooter he ordered what he needed to order instead of replacing bit by bit he made sure he got all the components started from scratch and rewired the whole thing and in about 2 weeks he brought my scooter back and it works!!!!!!!! MUCH LOVE TO YOU GUYS!!!!!
