I needed to drop off a package, Omar was on the phone when i enter the shop, he right away acknowledged me and said he will be with me in a moment. While I was waiting, I was very impressed with the service he provided over the phone, he was focused, paid attention to detail and confirmed all detail…. He was making sure things are done at first contact…definitely recommend this location!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've been a long time customer of theirs, since I was a kid with my parents practically. These people are rude as can be and have zero humanity. Total penny pinching cheapskates and they barely crack a smile, always seem angry. I once came in and the shipping package required an extra page to be printed, the owner wanted to charge me like $3 or more (I can't remember), for one paper. I couldn't believe it, I've been a regular for over 20 years and have never needed any help with anything before. Anyone giving them good ratings are either friends or family members because there is no way they are friendly. They're simply NOT.

Service is beyond excellent. There was an issue with my delivery and Sylvia went the extra mile to help me out. She followed through until my package was successfully delivered. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude.

Five days ago, I shipped a package to the United States from here and chose the most expensive express option. However, the package is still here and hasn't been sent out yet. If you can't do your job properly, then find another job. Don't ruin UPS.

Copy keys, mailbox for Amazon deliveries and your mail won't get stolen like some apartment boxes. Excellent service. Great people. Ask for Stanley

I’ve been coming here on occasion for the last several years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I had some important documents to send out yesterday and they rushed to complete the shipping documents to get it out that afternoon before the UPS driver left (thank you to him as well for waiting a few minutes for the package to be ready). Very professional and customer service oriented team here. Highly recommend them.

The UPS instructions clearly state that you can show the barcode at any UPS store within 14 days of receiving the return label, and they will print it for you. Despite this, the lady refused to acknowledge this option and was rude, even though UPS explicitly recommends it as the best choice.
