Great service, they are very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely got the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and that was before trying the custom orthotics.

Got sandals and shoes for my mom here - she has a challenging size and foot pain but the finn comfort sandals are great and the shoes were a good fit and good deal. Lots of sizing options for someone in the wmns 10.5-11 range which is hard to find

I bought both shoes and custom orthotics here a few months ago. I was very happy with both, and received excellent service. Ditto for other family members. Today, I needed some support for those purchases, and the new owners went out of their way to help me. Very pleased by their above-and-beyond customer service! We'll be back!

Great service and advice. Love my new orthotics - so much better than my old ones. They actually work, which means I actually use them. So happy to have walked in here. Will keep coming back even though I live in North Van!
