The check engine light is off! Wow, so happy with these guys’ service. Now it’s been two vehicles and three or four visits, and we have everything we could want in an auto shop. Proven transparency, quality work, fast service, very low waiting time (same day actually), great customer service, and even friendliness for good measure!

Only place I'll go to for alignments! Extremely honest, and accommodating
I brought my 94' b3000 that I leveled the front of, but unfortunately I forgot some important parts to allow the front end to be aligned.
They were able to get it driveable, and were honest about the issues they encountered which allowed me to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. What really stood out, is their offer of a discount for realignment after the work was completed, even though the issues they had were due to my incomplete lift!
Good people, that do great work. Very fair pricing.

We recently took our F-150 to Pitt River Auto Service Ltd for a check-up, oil change, and servicing. I was impressed by their fast and efficient service. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but their pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my Jeep, brakes suddenly not working. I was recommended to see Mike at Pitt River Auto. I phone and he said bring it down, which I did. He had the problem diagnosed in 10 minutes - faulty abs sensor ($) or entire wheel bearing ($$). I told him to go ahead and get the needed parts and fix regardless of cost, as I needed my vehicle back quickly for work. He called me 2 hours later and said it was ready… and thankfully was the cheaper solution. Could he have kept it for 3 days and charged me way more? Yes. Did he? No. This is a stand up guy that has earned my trust, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Brought my car in after years of neglect, (my fault)was so impressed with the service. Mike did an amazing job, was100% honest with what I needed , fair pricing and the lady who worked the reception was extremely professional and helpful. Was overcharged, they repaired things that were not approved by me and didn't repair what I brought it in for originally so ended up having to go back again and pay even more. Bad customer service.

Before my husband passed away he always took his vehicles to Mike and his team and not once were we disatified. Mike has treated me very well and maintains my car without issues and reasonable prices; even goes the mile for me. Mike and his team are fantastic and I can't say enough about them.

I try to be fair with my reviews. I was recommended this place by my regular mechanic. Mike and his team were able to get my in on short notice which was great. However, when I picked up my vehicle, after driving for a minute I realized the problem was not resolved. They were kind enough to allow me to bring the car back and after a call from my regular mechanic providing more details, Mike informed me they were going to do a more intensive alignment. Fair enough.After picking my car up again, the problem persisted. This time they assured me that there was nothing they could do, according to the computer, the car was perfect. I asked the mechanic if they had road tested the vehicle, he said no. They had just gone off the computers testing. While I understand this logic, I also believe it is slightly flawed in practice.I brought my car in for an alignment, if the computer says its “perfect” but in reality the car does not drive straight at all, it feels as though the duty has not been fulfilled.This is an older vehicle. I will give that to them, but my vehicle drove straight prior to a wheel bearing being changed. And I had believed that Pitt River Auto and their team would be able to recreate that straight drive.Unfortunately they were not able to. I was essentially given the boot upon my second return as the computer, which is god in our modern world, had said it was perfect. And that was that. No road test, no human judgements against what the computer judged to make adjustments to make it drive straight (which wouldve required a road test.)Altogether I would say that Mike and his team were friendly, however, they were not willing to do what was necessary to actually make the car actually drive straight lol, which is a bit ironic. Just hook it up to a computer and do what it tells them to do. If thats all that is required for your vehicle I think you will be fine here, but if you have an older vehicle or a problem that needs diagnosing beyond hooking up to a computer and doing what it says to do, I’m not sure they are equipped to help you.

I do not just many mechanic shops down in the Vancouver area as they all seemed to take advantage of a person in need,, this shop was extremely helpful,, very reasonable on price and do great work,, if iam ever down that way and have any issues with my wagon I’ll definitely be going there ago !! I one hundred percent recommend this shop !! Great customer service and quality work at a very reasonable price!! Thanks guys !!
