We have a Nissan electric so we're kind of stuck coming here. The actual work is adequate but their attitude toward customer service and responsiveness can be most kindly described as pedestrian. Time lag on voice mail response can need the better part of a day. The office is open at 9h30 but don't expect the telephone to be answered before 10h00. Service closes at 17h00 but you can expect to be shunted to the sales desk any time after 16h00. But the service on the car was adequate, so who am I to complain?
For the record, I "dialed 2" every time I called the desk. I wanted to reconfirm the time of an appointment (no confirmation email had been sent) to plan my day. I called before opening time, 10 minutes after -- but left no voice mail, then at half past and left voice mail. With no call back, and needing to plan things, I called again at 10h20 and had a very pedantic conversation but did get the data I needed. Then, after the car was ready for pick up my voice mail from the morning was answered.
Why was voice mail not on offer before opening time? Why was the turnaround on voice mail so long? This is not a brisk customer service regime, probably because it is an insufficient profit source.

Up to yesterday, I had always had positive experiences with Nissan but yesterday, I really feel like they scammed me by overcharging me.
I came for an oil change which was supposed to be free as per my contract, but the employee managed to convince me I should have other maintenance services done given the mileage on my car. He originally told me I would be paying around $270, which I was fine with. Then half an hour later he told me one of the filters needed to be changed and something else needed to be done. He said it would be another couple hundred bucks. I was expecting to pay around $500 but the final bill was more than $700.
I am shocked that I was not given an accurate quote and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
I’ve always gone to Nissan to service my car because I thought they were reputable and transparent but after yesterday’s disappointing experience, I will think twice before going back there.

I’ve purchased many cars over the years - Aaron from Morrey Nissan in Coquitlam is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. His passion is the car industry and it shows - he doesn’t mess around with cars that have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid cars at a good price. So ...this is my 3rd car I have bought from Nissan and I must say I am very happy with my 2024 Nissan Sentra SR. Aaron is the best ! He has helped and guided me through the process since, oh wow, 2015--crazy how time flies! I feel confident when working with him and he does all the leg work to get exactly what I need. Thanks again Aaron, I'll be seeing ya in the next couple years for my Nissan Z for my next upgrade that I am suuuuuuuure you will give me a deal on ;) haha

Morrey Nissan of Coquitlam is by far the most unprofessional dealership I’ve dealt with in the past 10 years. When I visited, they asked me about my visa status in Canada, which is completely irrelevant and inappropriate. I believe they ask this of all their customers, which is not only unprofessional but also illegal. After several conversations, I requested a test drive, and the salesperson asked for my driver’s license. When I brought it back, he said I could only test drive the vehicle if I was ready to buy it immediately. I explained that I wanted to test it now and possibly purchase it in the next week, but he still refused. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I shared my experience to the manager by email and he never replied.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Aaron at Morrey Nissan of Coquitlam. My experience was great from the start, and I was very appreciative of Aaron's service as I was going through a stressful time with my previous car, and had an undesirable experience with another used car company. I am very happy with my Nissan Micra, which is no small feat as I was very specific in what I wanted and I was not ready to give up my previous car. Aaron made me feel confident with the quality that Morrey Nissan provides, and everyone else I dealt with the day of purchase was great as well!
