I cannot speak highly enough of Milka. She made the approval process seamless and was always available to answer our questions. it’s hard these days to find businesses that really care about their clients. Highly recommended!!

Do not make the mistake of not using Milka. I had no idea how important it was to chose the right mortgage professional until we almost used the wrong one. At the last moment Milka was able to step in and save the day. Working with her vs other brokers you will notice a night and day difference. She is professional, personable, and has an in depth knowledge of the mortgage process which is critical in securing your approval at the best rate. The whole time she makes the process easy to understand, alleviating stress. She is easy to get ahold of and will answer all your questions. Working with her gives you the peace of mind you so badly need when you’re in the trenches of doing the biggest deal of your life. If you do nothing else when getting a mortgage call Millka. Cannot recommend her enough.

Milka is a professional mortgage broker. But unfortunately I didn't have a good experience dealing with her my last visit. She made me feel very uncomfortable my last visit with her. I asked for help and which she wasn't helpful at all. She told me to declare bankruptcy or I didn't make enough money. I felt I was mistreated. Yes I put myself in a bad situation but you shouldn't judge your clients situation. I would never do buisness with her ever again. I have dealt buisness with her services in the past but never again
Bad experience. I would give her services this time a 1 star. And thats being nice.

2024 - Update - repeat customer here and we will be back again for our next round too! I can tell you the learning and explanation of options that Milka provides has really helped smooth out the process. NO STRESS! SMOOTH! She diarized when to follow up with us in a window that allowed us the most number of options as we jointly watched interest rates do their funkiness - and when the time was right, we did it! She did it! Thank you Milka for all you do!2019 - Milka rocks! If you want a mortgage broker who does all the heavy lifting and is quick - making decision making and arrangement easy - Milka is the broker for you!!! She worked so hard...even for a 0.05% difference. We love that she's a local to Tri- Cities and was able to refer us to local services (i.e. notary). Seriously...one stop shopping with this lady and so efficient and knowledgeable.

11 years ago Milka helped me purchase my first property when 2 other mortgage brokers couldn't. It ended up being an amazing purchase and has assisted in the purchase of further properties, which Milka has also helped with. This experience truly showed me the difference between a basic broker and a mortgage specialist. The biggest lesson I have learned through the last 20 years is choosing the people that you rely on carefully, and Milka will be a great addition to your team!
