“I recently brought some gold into a shop for the first time, not even knowing if it was real. I had never sold gold before, so I knew nothing about the process. When I arrived, Robin was there with her three little dogs! She was the only one working and was helping another customer, so she asked me to wait, giving me time to browse. The shop had really unique pieces at fair prices. If I had been shopping, I would have definitely bought something just to invest. (She also mentioned they make custom pieces.)
Robin evaluated the gold, and I told her I didn’t know much about it. I was skeptical about selling it and was prepared to be lowballed, but she literally offered me three times the amount I expected! Some pieces I didn’t even realize were real gold. Robin knew I wasn’t experienced with gold prices, but I could tell she was honest and straightforward. She’s a beautiful lady, inside and out. Hopefully, I’ll see her again soon. I love supporting small businesses, and when it comes to “we buy gold” places, you automatically think of shady business people—but that was not the case here. Robin was very professional and made my experience wonderful.
Also, while I was waiting for the estimate, I had time to sit down and search the reviews. I was stunned to see that she even had one bad review! I’m glad I took the chance to come in because it would have been unfortunate to miss meeting such a wonderful lady. I loved how she took the time to educate me about investing in gold and wasn’t pushy or rude in any way.

“We're so happy with the pieces we got from James. Our wedding was a month out when we started looking for wedding bands. We walked into Gold&Rose not expecting anything and were greeted with a wide variety of rings to try on. Since James is the goldsmith and he does the consultations as well, he can let you know exactly what he can/can't do. If you don't see what you're looking for in store he can likely custom make it for you. We were so impressed with the rings that I decided to see if he could make a necklace I saw online. He was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for at a lower cost and a tight timeframe. I'll definitely be going back to Gold&Rose for future custom work.”

“I had my eye on a tiny ring for a certain finger, and they told me there would be an extra charge to size it up for me. I thought I would shop around a bit more as that was going to take me over my budget. It was also going to take a couple of weeks to size. Well, they sure came through FAST. Not only was it sized to fit, but they also extended a nice discount to cover the extra gold to size it up, all within a day or two. AWESOME service, and very helpful in finding just what I was looking for! I love my new ring!!! Thanks ladies.”

“I love everyone that works here, they are so helpful and probably have the best customer service in all of Payal Business Centre. I had a recent incident with another gold jewellery shop and ishwar came up with a solution so fast. They offer refunds, exchanges and resizing without having to worry about anything. I had bought a ring from another shop and they didn’t do anything since there was a problem with the sizing and only offered to give the gold amount back. They were aware that the sizing might not fit since it was a surprise but still did nothing about it. (One way how to lose a customer). Ishwar offered me a discount on the earrings I exchanged the ring with and I only had to pay $150 more. The uncle that helped me was so sweet and generous, he had told me to go to an atm and take out cash so I wouldn’t have to pay tax. This is the customer service everyone is looking for, they give you the best advice they don’t just want money they want their customers to be happy! I will definitely recommend ishwar to anyone and will certainly be going back.”
