They carry a specialized clothing line called Cream. I had tried the Cream short blazer on in a different store near me in Ontario, however I needed a different size. Searched the internet and Hampton Home Living carried the item and had 1 remaining in my size. I messaged them and they promptly shipped it via xpress post within the hour. Received the item in 2 days just in time for my son’s commencement. THANK YOU for the extra effort in expediting this item! I very much appreciate your excellent customer service!

I ordered a product online that isn’t available in Ontario. The Website was very user-friendly and I was able to place my order very easily. The order arrived two days earlier than expected, and it was well packaged. When I called the customer service line to inquire about availability of the product in the future, i was quickly connected with a friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep who answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business, as it is clearly client-centred, efficient, and easy to work with.

A cute shop to browse but quite overpriced for what they sell. Customer service is also non existent, which you would expect to be better from a local type shop like this.

My wife bought this planter from here, buyer beware, four of the eight pots have holes which will need to be patched before potting anything. Also the packaging wasn’t the greatest the one diamond took damage in transit I’m assuming. Looks phenomenal but it’s annoying the extra work that needs to be put in after paying decent coin.If your in the area of the store make sure to test the product for leaks before buying, as we could not.

Such a beautiful store, so many lovely items to look at. The only criticism I have is , when a customer comes in say hello to them and ask them how they are and if you can help them find something. The times I have been in I’ve been ignored, and I’ve left not wanting to purchase anything.Good Customer service is crucial to having a successful business.
