I really like this place! Most of the hairstylists are skilled, and a few are very professional and exceptionally good. However, getting one of those top stylists is mostly by chance. Sometimes, I have to wait 10 minutes for my turn, but it's usually worth it for the quality of service. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick, reliable haircut.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years now and every time I've been more than happy with the service. All of the ladies who work here are wonderful, but Benafsha in particular has been my go to hairdresser. She is super kind and always gives the best cuts. Even after moving to Burnaby I still take the time to come to this location to get my hair cut!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The staff’s attitude is always positive, and the quality of the haircuts is consistently good.

I'm not sure what's happened in the last 6 months....do u not give them their tips anymore?
I've been going here for 2 decades.
Last 3 cuts have been terrible.
Worst thing is it seems like it's on purpose and a poor attitude from almost every employee.
I felt I must tell ya. 20 years ...I went someplace else today.

Went Here on Saturday afternoon for my haircut I feel nice & clean refreshed with no more puffy hair for a month the lady did a good job on my hair & the price was great been going here sense I moved here to poco during Covid - 19

My son was crying when he got home because the woman give him the worst haircut., unacceptable!!! He was crying because his afraid his gonna get bullied at school for the haircut. He even tried to put gel on his hair to make it look nice but it didn’t work..Very disappointed!

I have good experience, but this last time I decided to take my wife and there she got a haircut with someone who ended up longer than requested and left uneven marks on the finish of her cut. My wife left frustrated and had to pay another salon to fix the bad cut.

My Son had his haircut here yesterday and it's the worst. He’s been getting a haircut for 4 yrs and he was at his best yesterday (he didn’t cry and fight that much) but the haircut looks like it's been cut on his own. He have a hairdresser there that he see few times and she was good but that hairdresser yesterday was NOT. I asked her to cut a little more on the side but she said she won't touch it anymore. She is not even friendly.
