Very slow pumps

Went to fill up this morning and the gas pumps were very slow in filling (dispensing). Also the automatic shut-off didn't work. Resulting in fuel overflowing onto the ground. Extremely poorly maintained pumps and infrastructure. I will stick with Shell or Chevron as they have better infrastructure and safety in mind.

Went for a car wash today, so incredibly disappointing. It didn't wash at all! Windshield complelty disgusting, all the dirt was still present, i went inside to explain my frustration and was met with well it is a basic wash. I asked for a refund. Nope come back and see my manager there is no refunds. See pics below of what my car looked like "after it was washed"

Avoid pumps 3 and 4.. they are way too slow to fill in your tank

The card readers don't work, and nor do the card tappers, for months now, I complained to the person inside,, their response was, well the owner has no money to fix them..Worse gas station around

Washroom has not been working for months now at this station. Cashier says she doesn't get paid to clean the washroom. Manager doesn't bother to bring in a plumber to fix it if it is broken.

As someone who needs receipts for tax write offs I'm done with this station. They had no way to print me a receipt and on top of that the pumps are garbage and keep stopping. Go anywhere but here

Stopped here out of necessity, and then spoke with Rhidi after the pump charged my debit card for $50, removed it from my account, but did not turn on. When shown proof of an approved transaction, receipt and the money withdrawn from account, she got confrontational, defensive and refused to help. She then blamed it on my card, then my bank, then me and my spouse.She also refused to give us her manager or supervisors information, going as far as covering up her own name tag, so that we could initiate a refund with them.We left with no gas, no solution, and out $50. All we needed was a refund and then for them to recharge my card, or for the pump to be turned on.Absolutely abysmal service and customer care. A little compassion goes a long way.Go to the Chevron down the road. The employees are great, and it's always 10 cents cheaper than this one.
