Mona was an incredible aid in the building process, who made the selection of plumbing fixtures informed and evidence based. Very thankful for her assistance. We were also fortunate to have Dave’s assistance and first hand experience to guide us. Lucky to have these excellent people working in the PoCo branch of Emco.

Called the store (11:40 HRS) Dave answered. I introduced myself and explained I was was referred to their company by a plumbing firm. Looking get a part needed to repair a dead gas detection sensor that the plumber didn't have and doesn't work weekends. But a different POCO location. Dave then questioned my call, "I find that a bit odd as we dont usually deal with the public". I just hung up as I cant stand people like this. I find it condescending, disrespectful, and un professional. What was I doing Dave, lying, making things up, wasting my time?! You Dave wasted my time and lost this sale and future sales. So you know I managed safety for several developers and this results in your firm not doing business with them.

Went there and was "helped" by Dave, for liability reasons would give 0 advice or suggestions. It came across very condescending to me the whole time and said I needed to know exactly what parts I needed and should leave repairs to qualified individuals (i specified i had 1/2" copper to a 3/4" MIP) and just needed the fittings to join these two connections as I would be soldering . I wouldn't give 1 stars hastily but this was honestly one of the most awkward and almost hostile encounters I've ever had with a sales person. Needless to say I went to Andrew sheret and boom got my elbows, the sleeves some tubing and away I went.

This is obviously geared to tradesmen but as a homeowner I bought a small part from them and the advise that I received was invaluable. The visit to them saved me time and money.
