Dorsa, the assistant manager has been fantastic. For the past few times that I had to visit the store for returns and exchanges, she has been an exemplar of great customer service in her high degree of professionalism and manners. She should set an example for others particularly other stores.

Lots of quality apparel. I was there when it was 50% off a lot of product. But there was no pricing on the product. In my case it was footware. And with only one sales rep,you had to wait in line or find her to get a price. Lame.

Eddie Bauer used to be a good company, not anymore. They don't stand behind their product at all. I had 14 emails from 3 different csr's back and forth with them, finally on the 14th email they told me I could order something online and they would reimburse me 10%. Firstly they should have said this in the first email, secondly they should have stood behind their product with a replacement. I returned my purchase and will shop at a more reputable company.
