Went in at 8:56pm to grab a few things when they close at 9. The lady at the till immediately caught my attention and I said I know you close in a few minutes and she responded with "I'm actually already closed but go ahead" I grabbed my stuff and was at the register by 8:58 and mentioned I thought they closed at 9. She said that they start moving people out of the store and lock doors at 8:55 normally. I completely understand telling customers your closing soon and locking the door once you're closed, but it leaves a very bad taste in your mouth when you are rushed and treated as more of an inconvenience than a customer. I work as a retail manager and would be appalled if my staff acted like this, so I hope management sees this and takes steps to correct this behavior.

12 ppl in the line up about 4.30 pm today which is usual by the way As they only have 1 cash register person and she refuses to call for back up .. what heck is going on with this store it is awful and had been for a couple of years now.. I left my stuff on one of the shelves and walked out . I will never ever shop at this dollarama ever again ...it takes more time to wait to pay than it does to walk and shop all the aisles..Walmart Dollarama from now on . Never ever do they have more than a couple ppl in line as they call for back up ALL TIME.....Shame on this Dollarama for doing nothing to put procedures in place to have back up to b called when there is more than a few in the line up....

One of the cashier lady there tonight didn’t want to let me return the pen that is not working even when I tried at store and showed her is not working. I really liked the pens but even the other packs I exchanged are not working properly. Until I talked to the manager at the store they were okay to return at the end but then and the cashier lady was very rude and loudly flapped the other items I bought. I wouldn’t have written this comment if she didn’t make a scene since I was happy with what the manager who has solved the problem.

Usually, I can find what I am looking for. Good selection of inexpensive toys for kids (we are having a party with prizes), There is a good selection of dog toys too amd, of course, gift bags, cards and paper.

Kind helpful service. Found a couple things by accident. I love shopping at Dollarama most of the time.Great prices. Minimal parking close to the door. All signage very clear.

I got tired of paying $3 for a small bottle of diet coke at 7/11 or comparable store so I walked in here and was blown away by the prices. I get a bottle of diet Pepsi for under $2 but the best thing is they have these chocolate bars for 2 for $1 and they are good. One is called Meteor and it is in the lineup section when you go to pay. I make this my regular stop when I am in the area and having a sugar craving. Awesome store.

This place is by far the best dollarama out of the ones here in the the tri city area this one is nice and big a huge amount of selection organized better and the staff are amazing I enjoy coming to this one out of all the other ones in this area have to come into this one and see what you think for yourself
