A very disappointing experience. My recent visit to this Costco location left me disappointed due to an unfortunate encounter with a middle-aged female with curly hair employee. Instead of having a conversation to me in a professional manner, she resorted to yelling at me, which was a first-time experience for me at any Costco gas station. What was particularly disheartening was the lack of emotional control displayed by this employee. It's concerning that someone in a customer-facing role would be unable to manage their emotions effectively. It felt like I was unfairly targeted, possibly because of my age and gender(Asian and younger long female).To add to the situation, even her coworker came and said sorry for what happened to me, further highlighting the unprofessionalism of her and it may not be the first time for her to do this.

I like Costco, however there gas station is not worth the 30min wait to save a few cents a litre. As well as dealing with the unfriendly staff. Will not return, Chevron has better quality gas anyways.

Always busy during workdays, except around 10m wait times. I recommend going early in the morning before rush hour or late at night

Other than the oftentimes long line ups, Costco gas is generally ten cents per liter cheaper.

The elderly staff member with blonde curly hair is extremely rude and invasive. I understand that when a line is building, there should be a a member of staff managing the flow into the lines. But to yell, point rudely and knock on people’s cars telling them to go to a line when they are not blocking/congesting the flow of cars is uncalled for. This member of staff is consistently rude, I frequent this gas station and every time a sports car drives in and their fans are still running once they turn the engine off she yells at these customers insisting their engines are on when it is clearly not. Mostafa is the one of the only friendly and understanding members of staff and she could learn a lot from him. It seems like there are a few reviews of this employee over the last few months…

Since my last post, I found a tasty way to use and enjoy the 'chicken & veggie dumplings' -- via homemade soups. Two soups have been prepared, utilizing previously made, and frozen stocks. For the first soup, a chicken-based stock was used -- for the second soup, it was a more meat-based stock. Fresh veggies, with some chicken or pork meats, were added to the reheated stocks, along with several dumplings, and a few perogies. Yeah, it worked well ... the dumplings added texture, and considerable flavour and taste to the soups ...

They don't take visa card at the gas station pump. The pump I was using was having a lot of issues, it didn't accept my Mastercard and when I pumped the gas it kept kicking the latch back at me.
