I've been visiting this repair shop since I came to Canada, and I'm leaving a review because I'm receiving really satisfactory service. I'm really grateful that the owner and staff of the repair shop quickly and accurately solved my car's problem and even provided a kind explanation. I was trusted by the customer's attention to detail, and there was no unnecessary pushing at all.^^ I use this place whenever I need car maintenance.^^ I would like to highly recommend it to others as well.^^

I was very relieved to meet a competent owner who I could trust and entrust to my car, which I had always been concerned about due to the constant need for repairs due to its age. He treated me very kindly and always carefully set the price, giving me hope in the difficult life of Vancouver. It looks like this hahahaha
I recommend this person to many people because he is an essential person in Vancouver's Korean community.
If it gets too busy, it might be difficult to make an appointment for service... but I'll still share it haha.

I did an oil change. Since it was a new car, there was nothing to inspect, and it was a simple oil change that took less than 30 minutes. The owner looks nice and the price is reasonable, so I think I'll come again.

Thanks to you for telling me, my concerns have also been resolved. Above all, everyone was so friendly that I think it was a good decision to move from Vancouver :) They say they will be moving to a new address starting in June.

I brought my Toyota Rav4 to Mr. Kim recently. The Rav4 suffered a blown engine and needed an engine transplant. Mr. Kim explained, clearly, to both my wife and me how he was going to fix the Rav4. Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable. His explanation helped us understand the steps he was going to take to replace the engine, and that understanding gave us the confidence that this team could do the job properly and not cut corners. They switched out the blown engine with a new one, and our Rav4 was fixed! Coming out of this experience, I feel really, really safe leaving my vehicle in the hands of Mr. Kim and his team. They displayed great professionalism, were knowledgeable as well as polite. They are a rare example of how a good car shop should be run. So, thank you, Mr. Kim and your team, for fixing my Rav4. Would I recommend CarTalk Auto to all my friends? Yes, in a heartbeat!

Kim and Harmon (spelled wrong??) were fantastic. I was in the area looking at a used vehicle and took it here for an inspection. Both very patient, very knowledgeable, and if I didn't live in Cloverdale, I'd be taking my car here all the time. I may even decide to take it here for anything major outside of oil changes, that's how much I liked their professionalism and service. Thanks guys!
