Amazing service from start to finish. Bruce (I think that was his name) was very knowledgeable and handled my ICBC claim perfectly. His timelines were spot on and he also provided a courtesy car promptly. Repair was immaculate. Would use CSN again if needed.

We had a rock shatter our sunroof, and CSN Port Coquitlam went above and beyond to help us. They quickly assessed the damage, ordered the OEM glass, and completed the repair well before other body shops could even schedule us for an appointment. From the moment I contacted them, their team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative.
When we received our vehicle back, it was spotless—fully detailed inside and out. The quality of work, professionalism, and top-notch customer service from CSN were outstanding. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs.

I recently had my car repaired at CSN. Our family had their vehicles repaired at this location for the past 40 years under the previous ownership. We were a little apprehensive about continuing with the new ownership at this location. I am happy to say we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. Bruce & his team went over & a bove our expectations in repairing our car. The work was completed on time as promised, my car was immaculate upon pickup, extra touchups were done complimentary, a first class experience. I would have no problems in recommending CSN to prospective clientele. Kudos to Bruce & his team for a job well done!
