“Surrey BTM locations can be hit and miss. Waves(gateway) and NewWest are gone. The vapoury had no idea when the BTM was last checked. So I was weary of this location and fired off a email to verify it was active. Email response was prompt but they missed my secondary question. They replied quickly when I asked again about KYC.So the BTM is located on the right hand side in the back. Follow the store long bench to the 4 foot wall. Its behind this wall. Easy to operate and fast. Cost is about same as other btms, but location trumps a few percentages for me. Will try the Guildford BTM next but I think Coffee Monster location will be my prime spot. At least till I test withdraw options.”
