DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE
They have been "Fixing" my vehicle since October 2023 and still have no idea when it will be ready. The shop owner has no idea on how to communicate/use a cell phone. On top of this they are now moving shops and have no idea whats going on. SUPER un-professional and want to post all the screenshot of our messages. They still dont answer me, my car could be across the globe for all I know. I was also promised a courtesy car... that never happened.
Please use any other shop and look at all the reviews, I am not the only one who has this problem with them.

WORST bodyshop ever! It is disorganized and unprofessional! I sent my car for repairing in October 2023. They promised me I wouldn't have any problem with ICBC, but I had. The price for repairing was almost the price of my car. So expensive!!! ICBC just paid me 60 % of it. When I tried to talk about this with the owner he wasn't ready to answer my questions right then and promised to call back but he never contacted me. I am very disappointed.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AS NEW AUTOBODY&GLASS IF YOU DON'T WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND IF YOU WANNA BE TREATED AS A PERSON.

Do not take you vehicle here! I took my truck in for a dent in my drivers side door. They told me it would take 4 days it took 7 (business days they had it for over a long weekend to 10 days total) when I got the truck back it wasn’t ready there was a trim piece around the window that had been chipped they said they would replace it for free just give them a couple days to bring in the peice. Once a week I would call to see what was going on for 3 weeks they kept saying they had the part but didn’t have time to fit me in the schedule for the 3 hour repair of the window trim. They have now stopped picking up the phone when I call. Super unimpressed with Mike the owner and Joe the front desk guy. Would not recommend using to anyone

Took my car in to get some scratches fixed up. When i got my car back it looked worse then when it went in. Damage caused by careless staff. Lost my buisness

Extremely happy with the service I received from As New Auto Body! Literally the best auto body shop I have worked with in the past 4 years of owning my vehicle! Many businesses have asked me to write a positive review before.. but yet this is still my first time wanting to write a review which already says a lot about Simplicity As New Auto Body!I was referred to this shop by a friend and from now on I will only be dealing with As New Auto Body for any future vehicle body needs! I wasn't getting a huge job done, only some holes on my trunk lid needing filling and professionally repaired. However, I have aftermarket parts that needed to be removed first and the As New Auto Body without hesitation said they can remove, repair, and reinstall it all for me! Amazing price deal for their quality work and the staff Mike and Joe were both beyond friendly and helpful. On the day of my pickup I coincidentally had an urgent appointment and the staff even worked with me to try to return my vehicle back to me asap while still maintaining the quality of their work.(Not sure if I got lucky on this one but...) In terms of getting an appointment for your vehicle.. I was quite surprised that they were able to get me in only 4 days after I dropped by for inquiry. Whereas all other shops quoted me much higher prices AND told me I will have to wait MONTHS due to ICBC jobs.. whom of which never even called me back a year later.All in all, I would highly recommend Simplicity As New Auto Body and if anything goes wrong in the future, without a doubt I will be coming back to these guys.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Incredible service. It's one thing to be treated well as a customer, but I wasn't even a big customer and they treated me very well - went above and beyond. I had a bumper issue and I brought my SUV by expecting to make an appt etc. The gentleman took a look at it and fixed it on the spot - on the house! Didn't charge me a penny. Friendly, honest, and prompt! Thank you, what a great experience I had. Will recommend to my friends and family.

I’ve been doing my business with this amazing body shop for the past 4 years. Always came here for my ICBC claims. Yeah, this car has been wrecked many times ? and the staff here has always been treating me and my car above and beyond. Darius, Mike, and Mo are the best people you could ask for to go through the tough times (let’s be honest — having car accident and going through the entire process is extremely stressful let alone the financial problem but also emotionally.) Darius, Mike, and Mo always treat me like I’m their family and go above and beyond and always give me the best advices and care. I am thankful for their kindness and excellent workmanship + customer service. I am looking forward to continue my business with this shop for my future accidents.
