Great customer service. All of their staff are extremely helpful and more than happy to listen to your concerns and try their best to beat expectations.
I have purchased my second phone with Apex and will continue to purchase all of my hardware with them. They are not afraid to hide behind "physical damage policies" and will try to provide a professional and reasonable assessment in the event you have an issue.
It's very clear the store has strong leadership and cares about the customer.

As a long time loyal customer i was very disappointed with my latest transaction. I had purchased a phone as a gift and it was agreed apon that they would wave the service fee (transferring data onto the new phone) like they have ALWAYS done for me. When my wife arrived at the store to have the new phone activated, she was told she would have to pay this service fee. I was called and talked to the manager who told me that it could not be waved because he had not OK`d it. He then indicated that`s why some of the x-employees were no longer there. I hope the $25 was worth the loss of a loyal customer, a lot of referrals over the years and now a bad Google review.

These guys hook it up, literally! I've been with Apex for my personal and business accounts for over 7 years and even though my location and agent has changed, the service from the Apex group is the best! I won't leave.

called to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock and said I would be right up. There was another customer being helped at the desk so I waited for about 5 min listening to other staff members talking in the back. opened and closed the door a few times to make the chime go off and still no service and the guy behind the counter never noticed me standing there! I have had poor service from Apex before but this is the last time I go back. Too bad I have 14 cell phones in my company portfolio. See ya Apex!
