We are losing our local small businesses over to the big box ship it in ship it out, throw it out conglomerates. A1 Cartridge shop owner and wife are kind, local, personable, affordable, and help out with older printers. My HP 8600N is nearly ten years old. I'm not a total tree hugger, but why throw out stuff if you can keep it in service for longer with the help of folks like these? It becomes a landfill otherwise..... So much gratitude for this earth-friendly, small business. I miss small-town Canada and small business owners. One day you might as well. Hopefully not before it's too late. THANKS, A1! You are indeed A1.

Dishonest, even though I confirmed prices before starting for this shop, on reaching I was given a much higher price. The owner speaks and treats customers very poorly.

Kuros gives our office great peace of mind. He doesn't just refill ink cartridges at a great price. He offers advice on printers and he diagnoses printer problems. When you got a ton of patients to see you need that printer working all the time. So glad he's with us. He's one of those can't-live-without kind of guy

Very disappointed with their service. They’ve done work without getting permission from customer. They’ve charged customer additional money for fixing the printer when it’s really their issue with the refilled replacement cartridge that didn’t fit the printer. Stay away from them.Update: they are still trying to push responsibility away. It is owner responsibility to reach out. They couldn’t even tell the difference between a 1 and a 7 on my writing. No matter what, even $15 diagnostic charge, customer needs to be informed when dropped off. It was never brought to customer’s attention that they are doing diagnostic. They ask me to try their toner and it didn’t work! Then they asked me to bring the printer in and all they said was that they would make it work and call me. My printer is quite new. It’s not my printer’s fault that you couldn’t bypass your toner chip issue!

Fantastic service. The Owen not just refill the ink, but also proactively provide me knowledge for taking caring of ink an else. Much appreciated! Lovely service I had. Will be long time customer for sure.
