Honestly, my experience with West Coast Toyota was well over what I had expected. Damian, Randy, and the entire team really stepped up and took care of me. Services were booked very fast and done professionally. Any issues that I had found, such as scratches from the lot, were taken care of. I have never purchased a vehicle brand new before, and I'm extremely glad I went to this dealership. They made me feel like family. I will be using them for all my services and I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't often go out of my way to write Google reviews, but the team at West Coast Toyota were exceptional. Gord was straight to the point which I really appreciated and helped me every step of the way getting me into my new 2024 RAV4 Prime. The financing, trade-in, government grant process, and accessorizing my new car were an ease, and Laurie was great at showing me all the features of my new car before I left the dealership, which I really appreciated.
I highly recommend the team at West Coast Toyota if you’re looking for a new car.

Went to the dealership and really felt like we were imposing on break time. When we asked about availability we were basically told you're not going to get anything for over a year and when asking if there was anything a year older or so and the reply was "nope, nothing" and that was it there was no attempt to try to help us just a calm arrogance that really bothered us. The whole interaction lasted about 1 minute, then we left. Wasn't worth the drive from Coquitlam. Funny thing, I talked to a buddy at work the next day and he told me he had the same experience as well, and that was before I could tell him about mine. So I just agreed with him. I know for certain all Toyota dealerships aren't like this.

Happy with my old Toyota and happy with my service! They are friendly budget friendly and always vacuum and wash your car. They don’t try to upsell you like other places.

My Greatest appreciation and special thanks to both Chris , lease manager and Tia , finance manager in helping my buying out of lease on 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid swiftly within 72 hours of initial phone call with also a very good extended warranty package. Although this is my very first time of visiting West Coast Toyota , I feel excellent and very friendly customer service from all staff well above and beyond my highest expectations right from the start when I came to the showroom and service department etc. I will definitely always strongly recommend West Coast Toyota to everyone for car purchases or lease as well as regular vehicle service / maintenance.

I ordered my Rav 4 hybrid XLE on August 1, 2022. Put my deposit down and finally received a call January 19, 2024 that it’s here and ready for pick up. So I go to the dealership the next day to pickup my new vehicle and learn that it’s not there and instead they continue to try to upsell me on a different model that’s more expensive with threats that they have a long list of people who they can sell it to if I don’t want it and also that my vehicle likely won’t be here until April at the earliest and they can’t guarantee that the price won’t go up even more by then (it had gone up over 5K from the price at the time of order). Completely disregarding the fact they wasted my Saturday morning for nothing and lied to me on the phone that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I offered to take the vehicle for halfway between the price of it and the price of the one that I ordered but they declined. So I went home with my original vehicle and was told to think about it but the only thing I’m thinking about now is cancelling my order altogether. Very disappointedResponse: The considerate thing to do would be to tell me on the phone that a different vehicle is available for a higher price and asked if I was interested in purchasing. Instead of telling me my vehicle is ready for pickup. BIG difference here
