Super impressed with this outfit. Mike responded promptly to our request for a quote and came out on a Saturday. His price was competitive and he was quick to answer our follow up questions. His closet design was perfect for our needs.The team showed up on time and worked very efficiently. They were also great around my (large) dog.The closets look amazing and we are thrilled that we chose Tailored Living to do the work. Highly recommend checking them out.

We are highly impressed with Mike and his services. We were considering a few places to get our custom closet done and had quotes from them. When we contacted Mike, he promptly came up for free in home consultation. He listened to our needs and provided us with multiple designs at highly competitive prices. We decided to go with him and it was the best decision that we made. Right from the start to the installation, he was very professional, punctual, responsive, friendly. The installation took 1 day and he did it on his own. We are very happy with our closets and the quality of the material. We highly recommend Mike for custom closets and would definitely approach him for any home improvement in future as well. Extremely satisfied with our experience and the excellent services provided by Mike.

From the free in-home consultation to the completion of the project, I have nothing but praise for Mike and his team. I had 4 closets (2 hallway closets and 2 bedroom closets) renovated and Mike actually listened to what I wanted and provided feedback/concerns for my design. He arrived promptly for all meetings and replied promptly to emails and texts. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and very easy to work with. I greatly appreciate the time that he took to meet with me, to discuss the project and also the time to revise the design so that it could meet my budget. The installation took a full day but the final product looks and feels like quality work. People who have seen my closets have asked for the name/number of the installer and I have gladly passed along Mike's information. I highly recommend Mike and his team if you are in need of new closets.

If you need custom cabinets for your garage look no further than Mike Pachal of Tailored Living. Liked him when we met: he stayed with me for over three hours at the initial consultation, measuring and understanding what I wanted. Very thorough and listened extremely well. Planned the build carefully using his software and provided a clear, useful 3D rendering. Reasonably priced. Mike worked together with his helper to install the cabinets on time. I took a few steps back and was pleased with the work. Coupled with custom electrical LED lighting, the job came out better than I hoped. I work in construction and see many people come and go but I am recommending Mike to everyone I know. Many friends and neighbors peered in and all were impressed. So happy after 20 years my life is finally organized - what a load off my shoulders! Wonder why I waited so long.

We are so pleased with our new garage, Mike was recommended by our builder right after we moved in. We wanted to park both vehicles inside and have a place for everything! He was professional and confident with finding a design that would work for us....with custom cabinets we got everything put away including the hardware installed to hang 4 bikes and 2 kayaks with ample room to move around the garage.

I had few bad experiences with contractors and was nervous about committing five figures to renovate my garage. Mike and his team were prompt, professional, and clear with quotes from the beginning to the end. I also changed my design and job scope four times and it didn't go unnoticed that Mike was so understanding. No high pressure or up sales, he really listened and worked within my comfort zone, entertained all my picky questions- while sharing cost saving measures and making great referrals for aspects of the job that required other professionals of the trade. After it was all said and done, I was surprised and genuinely grateful the finished product and job far surpassed my expectations. Quality materials, not an inch crooked or off, securely installed. Left the site all tidy and clean! Couldn't be happier and I'll definitely be recommending Mike to everyone thinking a garage makeover. By the way, Mike's price is very reasonable too- for the same job I was quoted three times more at another company.

Love our new walk in closet! Every inch of space was utilized, we got what we asked for and then some!
Mike presented me several options based on what I wanted and various budget scenarios. He was friendly, knowledgable, professional and prompt.
Installation went without a hitch, they were fast, and kept everything very tidy!
I would highly recommend Mike and his team, we couldn't be happier!

I searched online for custom garage and after calling one business in N. Vancouver I almost changed my mind. I was quoted close to 5,000 dollars for the approx. measurements I gave. Then I found Mike who said he could work with my budget. He came out and we came up with a tailored plan that suited my needs. Once the job was done there were a few little changes I wanted made, Mike personally came out and did the work himself to ensure that I was satisfied! My garage has gone from a place that drove me crazy with clutter to one that is now for the most part completely organized!

I used to avoid going into my garage; now I go to take sneak peeks every now and again since Mike gutted, cleaned the garage and installed my new cabinets. Now I have storage and so much more room for the inside of my house since I can store so much in my massive cabinets. Not to mention he created my new garlic hangers!
From start to finish, Mike was totally reliable and dependable and even helped me to choose a new garage door. Totally a person you can trust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tailored Living Coquitlam at all.

In September 2015, we selected Tailored Living for the design and installation of 6 closets, plus multiple shelves & cabinets in our new house in Coquitlam. We are very selective so we interviewed the top 5 rated closet companies in Vancouver and Mike from Tailored Living gave us the best ideas, recommendations and price. As the job progressed, we were very impressed by their customer service and high attention to detail. Mike was very patient with all of our changes and adjustments, and he also took care of the closets and everything that had to be adjusted around them including drywall, paint, floor & cabinet lighting to deliver a beautiful product in all of our rooms. We were also very impressed by their punctuality. If they said they were going to show up at 8:00am, at 8:00am sharp we heard the bell ring. Mike and team are a true example of how contractors should operate to make customers happy and make them come back for more.

Mike and Andrew were prompt and professional, finishing the job beyond our expectations. We shopped around getting several quotes, but Mike beat the competition by a landslide. More importantly, he did not leave until he was happy with the job he did and made sure we were too. We will definitely be hiring Tailored Living again for our home reno projects.
