Upon entering the store, was greeted by lady cashier. Made a beeline for the footwear department as I needed to buy runners for my growing child. Was served by John and boy! Was he ever so polite and productive! Happy to have chosen this particular outlet to shop even though it was quite a drive from home. Keep up the great work, guys!

Jake was absolutely wonderful! Spent a ton of time with us finding correct skates. He offered advice on fit and comfort. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We now have two new pairs of skates. Thank you!

It is unfortunate that there were enough employees working but no interest in helping. I visited this store yesterday. Staff busy talking to themselves and restocking. I didn’t find a single staff friendly nor helpful.

I ordered something online and went and picked it up at this location. It was the only location available that had this item. It was definitely out of my way, but I was on a mission to get it.When I picked up the item there was a huge piece missing out of it, I spoke to Alex and he fixed the situation and went up and beyond !I completely understand that mistakes happen but at that point, it’s really how the store will handle the situation and it exceeded my expectations !!Alex saved the day and made a negative situation into an awesome experience Thank you again !!

I went in to this location about three months ago to buy my son some soccer cleats. There was literally nobody in the shoe section. After hunting around for a sales associate, I finally found somebody working in the bike section. I asked the young guy if he knew if anybody was working in the shoe department. He responded with a "should be" and he carried on restocking shelves. I finally walked back to the shoe department and found a young lady was already helping another couple. So I had to wait. After 20 more minutes I just gave up and started to fit my son for his soccer cleats. I have no idea what I'm doing! So after just winging it I found a pair that fit him nicely so I bought them. Over an hour later and it was all DIY shopping. If you need help at this location, just ignore whatever staff they have and do it yourself or go somewhere else.

Came in today to buy some runners and a soccer ball. Their system was having issues and was down. Erik put my stuff on hold and said he would call me when the system was up. I got halfway home and he called saying everything was working. So when I came back to purchase my items, they had given me a discount coupon!Thanks Erik!

I went shopping for a pair of runners last weekend and Daniela (I hope I spelled it right) was helping me. She was awsome. She was so friendly and helpful. Very caring and genuinly interested in finding the best shoes for me as well as offering other advise with other clothing options I was looking for in the store. I was a little down that day and she made me feel very special! Give that girl a raise!!! I will be back soon and she has everything to do with that! Thanks so much Daniela!

My wife and I went to sportchek because I received a discount code from Cfone for first responder appreciation. The discount is up to 70% off and the only way to check is by bringing items to the till to have the cashier scan it. My wife went up with 3 items she was interested in and the cashier was Megan. She made us feel extremely uneasy and even embarrassed that we were checking the price. She told us "why would that make a difference" when we asked her to scan the items before my wife tried themon. Of course it mattered? The point was to see the discount because it ranged from 20-70% and we wanted to see what the percentage was. Needless to say, we didn't buy anything because the cashier made us feel like we were somehow in the wrong by simply asking her to scan the discount code prior to trying items on in the fitting room. We will not be shopping here again, I have never felt so embarrassed when I didn't do anything wrong.

My boyfriend and I came in for some rain attire as well as some new shoes. The staff working on Wednesday sept 20 at around 7pm-8pm were incredible. Special appreciation to Andrew who helped us find some new shoes. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had great customer service. He along side the young lady working in the women's footwear section as well as the cashier, Maialee were so pleasant and approachable. All three of these employees were so kind and 10/10 for their customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience at the Pitt Meadows Location!

Store closes at 7pm, show up at 6:40pm and they lock the doors as you come across the parking lot. Will buy my hockey stick and my girls hockey hear elsewhere this year.

Went in with my sister and mom for runners and received excellent service. The staff gave good advice and even looked up different colours online for shoes they didn’t have stock for instore. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will return for sure!

My son and I went in to look at the scooters. I do not know very much at all and the rep that helped us was amazing! He was knowledgeable and was able to help us select the perfect scooter. We left very happy.
