“I have been going to The Intention Project for over a year and this is easily the best gym experience I've ever had. One of the first and best things I realized was the simple no-nonsense approach they have towards membership. In today's age of complex gym-locking commitments, this is such a breath of fresh air!

The gym experience itself has been fantastic. Jeff and Christie are amazing coaches, attentive and always ready to fix our posture, answer our questions and guide when needed. I definitely feel stronger and fitter(both mentally and physically) since I started here. They have also fostered a great community here, where everyone is ready to help when needed. It really feels like you are among friends here, working out and overcoming together. That feeling cannot be explained, it needs to be experienced.

Overall, highly recommended and I feel grateful to be a part of this community!”

I recently started going to AIM and it's been a blast. I do the small group training, and have had sessions with each of the coaches. They are all there to see you succeed. I first went there without ever setting foot into a gym, if I can do it, you can too. I hope to see you there in class.”

“I've been a member at unified for just over two months now, and I can confidently say it's the best fitness facility I've ever been to. The atmosphere here is incredibly motivating, with state-of-the-art equipment that's always clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions or concerns whether it be in the gym or outside of the gym with eating plans, lifestyle choices etc.
What really sets this gym apart is the variety of classes they offer. From intense circuit sessions to boxing classes, there's something for everyone. The instructors are top-notch, passionate about what they do and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
The facility itself is spacious, with plenty of room to work out without feeling crowded, even during full classes.
The owner Brendon is such a passionate businessman and always looking add more programs/add ons and give clients the best chance of achieving their fitness goals. The team at Unified as a whole makes this facility 5+ stars.
Overall, I can't recommend this gym enough. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, you'll find everything you need here to stay fit and healthy. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey!

“Rise is first an amazing Crossfit Gym but very near second an AMAZING community of people. The members are all very supportive. The owner Carrie is one of the most kind hearted people with a smile on her face that always makes you want to come back but also pushes you enough to realize all the boundaries you thought you had were just in your head! The other coaches are very professional and patient with newbies like me and that's saying a lot. There are a lot of movements that take time invested to perfect. Everyone is made to feel welcome no matter your skill level and even if you don't think CrossFit style workouts are for you then you also have sweat classes with are more geared towards boot camp styles and damn do they make you sweat! I've tried multiple ways to get fit from regular gyms, running, YouTube workouts at home, hiking multiple times a week and more and so far this has been the one that I have loved the most and I don't think it would have been this way if it were another gym. Very friendly environment + coaches + people in attendance, super beginner friendly too (which is great bc I’ve been to places that just made me feel stupid for being there and that’s so intimidating to come back to)

Tons of 1on1 help if I’m stuck, confused or not sure how to do it. Smaller classes too so your not side by side squished in there. 10000% worth it and would absolutely recommend”

“I went to OTF Port Moody for almost 3 years, but had an accident, hurt my knee and had to cancel... My wife still goes. This gym is quite different, pricey but you do get your money's worth. Great trainers keep an eye and direct you until you are doing the movements correctly. Sometimes they have a lot of people per class (weekend 3G classes) in which the have 3 groups and rotate amongst stations (rowers, treadmill and strength training).My wife just restarted post-COVID, and her only concern is she wasn't asked if she's double vaccinated and few wear masks while working out... So we assume nobody's being asked... which, with numbers going back up in BC, is a bit concerning.All gyms got hit pretty hard financially during the pandemic, I would think they'd have an invested interest in minimizing cases, yet they allow anyone in, no questions asked, into a small area to work out side by side... weird.Anyway... Great gym and awesome trainers... I'd give it 5 stars if they decided to be trendsetters and help society beat this thing, by mildly pushing all to get their shots.”
