“The Lego Store in Guildford, is just the best place to find any type of Lego building model/kit you can imagine. They have the latest Lego that just came out. And the prices are fair. And I wish there was a Lego Store, back when I was a kid (Back in the 1960's, I would have love it.) But I did have wonderful grandparents, who did buy my first Lego Set. The colours of the pieces, were red and white. With the two basis in gray colour. I did buy other small Lego kits, but were add ons to what I already had. No matter what, I still to this day. Will always love the Lego Kits to Infiniti, and on.”
“There was a home depot employee with a South African accent who spotted me walking in an aisle and without any request from me he approached me and offered his assistance. Everyone was friendly and warm regardless of the length of time they spent with me!”
“Our to go Winners store which is close by us and really convenient because right at Willowbrook mall. Always have good stuff and good quality that every time I went I always had something back home with me. A lot of parking spots, the washrooms inside and good service”
“Decent winners location, constantly pumping out new stuff so there's more to see each day. Not a lot of higher end options, but still some great finds if you sift through.
The women's shoes size 7-8 is usually quite sad, meanwhile well stocked for less common 8-9.
Not a ton of items in beauty, decor or bag area, but decent selection for kitchen items, candles, picture frames, haircare and luggage.
Staff at the tills are almost always friendly and pleasant to deal with while being efficient.
Before the renovations, the fitting room staff often made me feel like I was suspicious to them. Almost accusatory and acting like I was going to, or tried to take something. And I'm not suspicious looking lol. A lot of turnover since, as staff lately have been very friendly!
Store allows dogs inside shipping which I don't personally like. Service dogs are completely different than house hold pets, of course. But I often hear dogs yapping and it just doesn't feel appropriate for a retailer.”
“You never know what's coming in yet each time it seems as a little bit delight always appear to enjoy and when those times one spots that item that needs to come home with you! A very different store for sure.”

“This store is a gem! Reminds me of Army and Navy. They really have anything you can think of. We spent a good couple hours here for the first time. If you look for quality items, you will find some. The prices literally can’t be beat and the staff are so nice. Me and my dad are going to make this place a routine stop! ?”
“Give 5 stars for what they have which we liked a lot including snacks and drinks that reasonable price, clean and organized so can't wait to go back. But the service should improve because no hi, no smile, not helpful at all. Didn't even pay attention or welcome us when we walked in. You really need better service there.”
“I needed to buy a shirt for an event the following day and wanted to use my wife's rewards points to get the shirt. It's been an ongoing issue where we can earn points but can't redeem them and the same thing was happening. The associate that helped us out, Lindsay, was determined to make sure we could use the points for this shirt and use whatever points we've accrued. She not only got us access to use the points (in the form of a gift card) but gave us the seniors discount for the inconvenience. Thanks again to Lindsay for all your help!”
“Took in my Skagen watch and hubby’s Fossil watch for new batteries after a disasterous experience in Maple Ridge.A staff member at jeweller store in Maple Ridge said my watch battery could not be replaced as they couldn’t find a ‘slot’ to open back.( Ive had it replaced there before no problem.)Hubbys watch WAS working but after they opened it, he was told it was broken now ?I checked online for reviews, found the great reviews for Coq Hudson Bay so took both there. Kelly was on duty and told me to return in 40 mins.When I returned, Kelly had replaced my Skagen battery but confirmed hubbys watch indeed was no longer working even after she put in a new battery.She said it would have to be sent out for repair which I opted not to do.Charge for my battery $22 plus tax.Highly recommend this place and Kelly,”

“I had my winter tires installed in Alberta before I came to BC for a trip. A day before I had to leave I noticed that they installed the tires incorrectly. Canadian Tire was able to fit me into a cancellation and fixed my tires at no cost. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff member.”
“My meds aren’t kept on site so I need them to order them. They didn’t order the right amount but luckily the pharmacist was good to have me pick up the amount he had. Nice people. But maybe give yourself time. Not the fastest.”
“I was shopping for paint supplies today. Everyone in there was working hard getting things cleaned up & moved around for renovations. Yet, I must compliment the staff. I must've spoken with about five staff members throughout my shop. I had to return something and then was looking for other items. ALL of them were extremely helpful, friendly and available. Everything had a price tag too which was helpful.”

“A great place to do any type of shopping, with a wide selection, good sales and great staff. It is a major stop on our Christmas shopping agenda!
However, recently we have found that all their stores do not have working escalators, and some do not have elevators.”
“I bought a floor model fridge, had issues with the delivery, spoke with the salesman and the store manager. Both were so helpful and understanding. Anyone can make mistakes, few actually fix the problem as quickly and professionally as these folks, thank you.”
“I went to pharmacy to buy few things today Sunday, my favorite pharmacist Sima was working, the pharmacy was quite busy and there was an aggressive customer using profane language, I don’t know what kind of support system Walmart has in place for their employees but this kind of behavior shouldn’t be allowed. I was shopping with my young child ,hearing profanity was insulting. Walmart needs to put up a signage like Labs and doctors offices to prevent customers abusing employees.”

“I had ordered various sized enlargements for a special event through the photo centre. When I checked my photos, I realized that I had forgotten to print one enlargement and time was running out. I contacted the photo centre, really not expecting much but had the wonderful luck to be served by Raj. She promised to watch out for my online order and to print it as soon as she received it. She also said she would call as soon as it was ready. Again, I really did not expect much, but Raj followed through on everything she said she would do. She is a total credit to her department. Wonderful customer service!”

Although it took some time to track my order (might be because of the app), they got back to me and refunded the missing items. Everyone i talked to was nice and polite.”
