“I’ve been going to this location for most of my fishing needs and the prices are probably the best out here compared to Canadian tire and cabelas, I went in today to get my spinning Reel spooled in with line and as I was walking out of the store one of the employees ran out to tell me that he forgot to give me a 15% promotional discount on my entire purchase when he could’ve just let me walk. The staff in the fishing department were super friendly and informative too, if you need help in the fishing department talk to Bill, he’s the man.”

“I was thinking of something like TJ Maxx in the U.S. It had the same concept, but the store was much more comfortable and the items were well organized. It was good for shopping because there were no racks or aisles too close together, and if you find the right brand, you can do some worthwhile shopping.”

“Took in my Skagen watch and hubby’s Fossil watch for new batteries after a disasterous experience in Maple Ridge.A staff member at jeweller store in Maple Ridge said my watch battery could not be replaced as they couldn’t find a ‘slot’ to open back.( Ive had it replaced there before no problem.)Hubbys watch WAS working but after they opened it, he was told it was broken now ?I checked online for reviews, found the great reviews for Coq Hudson Bay so took both there. Kelly was on duty and told me to return in 40 mins.When I returned, Kelly had replaced my Skagen battery but confirmed hubbys watch indeed was no longer working even after she put in a new battery.She said it would have to be sent out for repair which I opted not to do.Charge for my battery $22 plus tax.Highly recommend this place and Kelly,”

“I bought a suitcase as a gift on Sunday as it was on sale; but upon opening the gift, the recipient wanted a larger suitcase. Tried to upgrade to the larger item on Wednesday, but was told sale was no longer on, but would return on Thursday. Went back today (Thursday), and still no sale. However, the manager, Sandha (apologies for spelling), honoured the same 65% discount I’d paid on the first piece and made the return and swap for me. Amazing service, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!”

“They have Cool Asian snacks. I got a lot of my accessories and other nice trinkets from MINISO for a reasonable price. They also have some cool k-beauty lip products that are around 12$-16$. Highly recommend if you like kpop or kbeauty”
“I go here to pick up my mother’s prescription. I call into the pharmacy and inform them that she needs a refill on her meds and they fax this info over to her Doctor. He then has to confirm this request before they fill out the prescription. But with all of these time consuming tasks, the staff are always pleasant, professional and accommodating. They have my mother’s prescription ready that same day sometimes within hours and Id guess they could have it ready even sooner if they did not have to wait for the Doctors reply.Thank you to the staff for all of your efforts and hard work in a demanding field. I know some people dont appreciate it enough or realize how many people come to you or how busy your day can be.”

“I had ordered various sized enlargements for a special event through the photo centre. When I checked my photos, I realized that I had forgotten to print one enlargement and time was running out. I contacted the photo centre, really not expecting much but had the wonderful luck to be served by Raj. She promised to watch out for my online order and to print it as soon as she received it. She also said she would call as soon as it was ready. Again, I really did not expect much, but Raj followed through on everything she said she would do. She is a total credit to her department. Wonderful customer service!”

“Never thot Walmart was the best w customer service, as thts not really wht they're about, they're known for low prices, but the maple ridge Walmart, is prob the best in customer service. The staff actually assists u wen u ask n don't act as if ur totally putting them out. Young guy at front door was super friendly n helpful n the young guy in pharmacy was SOOOO so friendly n knowledgeable n I think quickest prescription I've had filled anywhere, EVER! Can't remember his name...perhaps "zfd" on top of my rx receipt...? Anyways, he was just excellent!”
“Not sure what all the complaints are about - this is one of the most consistently pleasant grocery experiences I get in the Lower Mainland. It’s nothing exceptional, but I mean it’s a Walmart not a Whole Foods.Plenty of parking.Good service. Kind and helpful workers.Meat section is fresh. Vegetables and fruit are in pretty good shape. Stock is solid - they will have most of the things you need. A good one stop shop.The only downside is that the self-checkout counters are not as fast as they could be. Not all of them are open.”
