We are regular customers at this store, and it has always been great experience until today. We saw an indoor cactus plant that we really like, and my son said he possibly saw a ‘buy-one-get-one free sign’ at the entrance so we went to ask the lady who works there to confirm. She responded immediately with a surprisingly loud ‘No!’ And then kept on going ‘we never had any sales for this!’ We were so shocked by her unpleasant tone of voice. She kept on ‘you need to go to the preannuals to get the sales!’ I did not realize something is wrong until she turned to the white man who stands right next us for another question with a big smile and another tone. I do not typically assume people are racist but this sudden change of attitude is shocking to us and our family decided to leave immediately and never go to this place again to shop for plants.

Todsy was the first time I visited. They have a large variety of indoor and outdoor plants, flowers, fruit trees, etc. They also have garden decorations, plant care stuff, etc. They have lovely displays and their aisles are wide enough to comfortably walk around with strollers or wheelchairs. I enjoyed browsing for plants for my garden there.

I don't usually write reviews and I actually love coming to this nursery but I was left very disappointed by the customer service I received from the manager recently.
I'm new to gardening and seeked help to find an evergreen. A type was recommended and so I purchased it. I was thinking of purchasing another and upon doing some research found out the tree I purchased grows poisonous berries to children/pets which wouldn't work for my house hold. I had the receipt and although they have a warranty on trees/shrubs, they wouldn't allow me to return it because it was in my soil for a few hours. I understand the policy but under these circumstances due to the dangers of the tree I bought which wasn't mentioned when I purchased, I feel an exchange/store credit should have been honoured. The manager I spoke to was rushed and didn't even offer to help me find an alternative.
