I've been a customer at this store for about 4 years, and while I've had some good experiences, there's one major downside: the older lady who works there is exceptionally rude. I’m shocked she still has a job, especially given the feedback from both myself and the community. I can only assume she’s a family member or family friend.
Although there are times when they now yell "HELLO" as you walk in, this is inconsistent. More often than not, when you approach the counter, she either sneers at you as if you have the audacity to be purchasing something, or she downright ignores you.
To add to the frustration, the store is incredibly expensive. Chips are priced at $6, and a small tub of ice cream is around $9. It’s disappointing to deal with poor service on top of high prices.

Love this 711 been coming here since I was a child and the older ladies that have been working there since are absolutely wonderful. Some of the new staff a great to, there is one girl that is particularly rude though and I'm not a fan of her not going to point her out though but i try to avoid coming in when she's working because she always gives me dirty looks but other then her it's the best 711 in my opinion

The staff is usually nice to me but I’ve seen them act up with other customers. The fountain drinks suck they never have the choices that are offered also which 7/11 doesnt have ice tea or lemonade for their fountain drinks it’s so annoying , I told them to post a sign to say what they have and don’t have. half the slurpees are either not working or running out it’s hit and miss. And they run out of other stuff all the time whoever manages that store should check out the other stores and how they are run. It’s the worst 7/11 in the lower mainland I believe.

The old lady with the messed up fingers harassed my daughter, and called me a thief for being black. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

There were Mice running around the store, and staff were not concerned about it, also changed an eco fee ontop of bottle deposit

I wish i could give them 0 stars. I dont know howcome they are still in business. Customer service is tremendously awful. They dont know how to talk to the customers at all. The girl working at 12pm today is super rude as if she is doing a favour to us doing her job. Whenever i call them to talk to the manager they would either say he/she is in a meeting or their store is busy right now abd they would call me later. They are genuinely misleading the people.On top of that store is completely disorganised.I have a suggestion for the employees if u can treat customers with respect then dont bother to work at this place.

Old short lady is very rude and should not be able to work customer service or at any 711. Worst experience I’ve had at a 711 by far and many other agree with me.

I have been here 3 times already and with those 3 visit I have only experience good customer service once. There is no customer service at all and most of the (at all most of them) stuffs are really rude to customers especially one elderly Asian worker that doesn’t even say thank you to you no greetings too. I’ve read the reviews from last year and it seems like this rudeness and lack of customer service have been going on. I’m hoping that this is something that upper management will look into and solve it. Thanks

The old lady with the messed up fingers told me to use my fingers instead of using a straw to open my drink after asking her nicely for a straw. She was very rude and this also wasn’t my first bad experience with her. I’m sure many people have had similar experiences with her aswell. Please fire her.
