Great customer service at standard pricing. Shelby did a nice job with cutting sheet stock to approximate size for a cabinet making project for a very reasonable cost. Will be back for the next project.

Wonderful local business had everything I was looking for for my deck project. They have quite the selection of fine wood. Mr Shelby was extremely knowledgeable and helped me load my truck. I will be returning for other projects.

Some of the very best customer service you will ever get at a lumber-style store. Sometimes the wood is in the truck before I even get to cash out. Everyone is friendly, it's a positive experience. Wood pieces are of good quality. I read the review about the prices...the guy should be yelling at the ndp and liberals for their horrific inflation and carbon taxes, not the local shops. Just being honest.

Good customer service and staff but the pricing is horrific. I get the sense Windsor is gouging on a lot of material.$150 for .5” Baltic birch at Windsor. $90 at Reimer in Kelowna. It’s a commodity product. I don’t know why they insist on hurting their customers so badly. Maybe they are charging true Baltic Birch prices when it’s the Chinese equivalent.Reimer will even deliver once/week to Penticton for a reasonable price.

I just needed an 8 ft piece of 1" x 2" lumber to rebuild my RV door. Leisureland RV told me to go around the corner to Windsor Plywood. Never heard of them before. So I drove a block and was greeted by Joe. Explained to him what I needed, holding the dilapidated, rotten piece that needed replacing. Man, the personalized, friendly service I received was refreshing. Joe made a lifetime customer out of me. Will return for all my lumber needs.

Great place to get those intricate carpenter needs. I usually find items here I can't find at the other stores. Great, helpful people work here !!!Prices aren't that bad either !!!?They have the specialty items Ineed, in stock most of the time. Otherwise it's a short wait !!!

Bought some plywood today that I had them cut it down for me into shelves. Couldn’t help but notice when I moved it later at home that the guy definitely took the time to make sure the only defects would up in the ‘scraps’. Never had a bad experience here, but the dude that helped me today takes pride in his job so I hope his boss is reading this.
