Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly, and confident. Best customer service experience we have had with a cell phone transaction. Definitely take the time to head in-store and talk with the staff! Ended up with a WAY better deal than online! Switched 3 cells over from Telus and it took about 15min and will save me HUNDREDS every year! You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience at Virgin when my daughter wanted a new phone. They didn't have one in stock so Vraj ran to another outlet a got her one. Only took him 15 minutes. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone to go see him for any phone issues. Wonderful person and excellent customer service.

Was looking for a new provider and wanted to go to Virgin, was with Telus for almost 25 years, went in and was greeted professionally. Needed to upgrade phone aswell. Jade set me up with a new plan and phone in about 40minutes, transferring everything from old phone to new one. Amazing customer service.
