“By far, the best tire shop in Penticton. And, not just a tire shop...many automotive services available here. I attended 4 other establishments that were not really praiseworthy. Annually, Kal Tire is voted best overall tire/automotive, with 5 stars for good reason. Reliable, courteous, dependable, thorough, honest, clean, efficient, prompt, accommodating, respectful, knowledgeable, guaranteed, and need I say more? Oh, let me say also that the customer waiting area is especially clean, ample seating while waiting, a live TV to pass the boredom of waiting, Complimentary water, coffee and tea as well as a clean co-ed washroom. I believe you get the overall big picture. I've had automotive, tire and maintenance service--completely satisfied. I have purchased tires--completely satisfied. Great brands and great quality. Don't hesitate to give them a call. You won't regret it. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”
