Today, Kelly helped me find replacement bulbs for a light fixture I'd bought there a couple of years ago. She was attentive and throughly professional. The service from the other staff was friendly and helpful.

Nobody aro7nd to help lift a 175# box. Checked that they would proce match coming into store, all good. Then upon checkout the will not match an item not in stock.... well yeah they sold out first because it was $150 cheaper at Hone depot and Canadian Tire. They also won't proce match an item that is online only, eventhough they also have the same thing.
Proce match is price match..... I didn't need it right away so I will order it from Home Depot. Odds are they are paying same wholesale rate so Rona is loosing out on this sale and future sales

My wife and I (both foreign visitors holidaying in Canada) dropped in to purchase a BBQ and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kathleen (spelling?) who went well above the expected normal levels of customer service to attend to us. What a brilliant ambassador for Rona and an absolute credit to your store! Super staff that personally walled us to the hardwear aisle to buy new handles for the TV cabniet below. Then, he lent my husband a screw driver so he could go to the truck and take the old handle off and bring it into measure the handle for an accurate size. Very nice indeed.

I wanted to thank Wally for his amazing help tonight! We went in for a cartridge for the bath tab and once we found what we thought we were looking for he said let me make sure that it's the right one. He noticed it was a Moen product and was able to find the Moen replacement part at no charge due to the lifetime warranty. We were stunned. He is a special person. Thank you Wally!

Yesterday I was at Rona and Wally was just amazing. On the other hand the store had some supplies but not enough and then out of other supplies that I needed to go with the first things I picked up.

I can't find an explanation for my dilemma. The store is large, seems fairly well stocked and staffed with an ample number of employees. Despite this, I have walked out empty handed far more often than not. They just rarely seem to have what I am looking for.

Biggest shout out to the gentleman working at the counter near power tools around 4pm on June 6th. I brought in an item I was trying to replace, but I couldn't identify it, and was really struggling to find an appropriate solution. The gentleman at the counter was able to point me to the curtains aisle and we discovered the item was sash wire! Perfect replacement!!
