Outstanding Service from Bhupinder at Rogers
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible service we received from Bhupinder, the manager at Rogers. Our family has been with Rogers for years, and we recently had some changes to make with our family plan. Bhupinder made the entire process so smooth and stress-free!
He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained all the options clearly, and made sure we got the best value for our family. Bhupinder was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up perfectly. What could have been a complicated situation was handled quickly and with a smile, which we really appreciated.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Bhupinder does. His attention to detail and exceptional customer service made us feel like valued customers throughout the entire process.
If you’re with Rogers or thinking about joining, I highly recommend asking for Bhupinder. He’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

**have since been neglected as a customer and left with a Nokia internet box that I can not return to the store as stated to do by customer service. Will adjust review once this issue has been corrected. 2 months dealing with this issue.**
My partner and myself nearly were ready to walk away from Rodger’s today! Until we got talking with Bhupinder Singh the store manager! He set us both up with a perfect plan, sorted out a mess that one of the phone reps put us in! He is absolutely amazing and knew all of the answers to our questions, he also took the time to understand what we needed. We will only be going here from now on! Thank you again!

Bhupinder is amazing! We were with Rogers for years, switched to Koodo…. That was a mistake! So we are now back with Rogers again! Service in this store is absolutely first class… efficient and pleasant… the very best!!!! So happy to be back ! ??

Zero customer service. Roger's will only connect smart watches purchased from them. Bell, Telus and other stores will connect any smart watch no matter where they are purchased.

I lost my phone last week. Luckily tie, the agent that works here at Roger’s gave me good advice on how to put a claim in for the insurance that I had on my phone. In one week I got a new phone sent to me and I came into Rogers and Thai helped me upload everything on my phone. Very helpful, very polite young man

I'm giving 1 star just because all the employees there are nice EXCEPT for the store manager Bhupinder Singh, this guy was so rude to me, he change my plan saying I'm going to be having the same i used to have and the latter i find out i have 300 dollars of extra changes!!! for international calls, he didn't give me the same plan i had before he change me to rogers like he say to me and my husband, he was just looking to make a sale, so when i went to the store to verify what was happening he was SO rude to me, even yelling at me that he "had give me the correct information" and it was my fault for "not understand", he say he has years of experience in costumer service, but that's not the case if you are being rude and yelling to your costumer right? even the other employees there where in shook in that moment, i couldn't believe he was being this rude to me Infront of other consumers and my kids and its not the first time i saw him being rude, before that day i get to see how he was being rude with his coworkers Infront of me, that no professional at all.
Sorry for the long review but you need to know what are you facing If this manager is the one who assists you.
