Garbage place bucher doctor.
He misdiagnosed me son and she misdiagnosed my wife....my son wearing the wrong glosses for 6 months same my wife....go to Kelowna to a real doctor!!!! She is a bucher!!!!!

Just received a second pair of glasses from the penticton branch. I had very good customer service. They were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable,and easy on the budget. Over all I am very happy with both pairs of glasses. I give this store a 5 star and when it is time again I will go back.

I was waiting to book an appointment, the man was really rude to me because he was busy with a customer and it was a time for the lunch. Bad customer service.

Store is clean, prices are good BUT parking is atrocious!!! There is not enough handicap parking, nor is there any drop off zone for elderly patrons and the parking lot is dangerous! It is by far the worse parking lot I have ever had to drive through. Use at your own risk and expect to get dinged!!!

best sourkeys south of 50 m north at least. they came in orange/red and purple/yellow, which are rare combinations to find in stores that aren't this one. I'm so happy Penticton has smth to brag about. def would recommend to any sourkey connoisseurs out there.

Good prices overall and great weekly specials. Visit at least once a week. Have electric scooters which came in handy when my husband needed.

Great store! Huge!Custom service is good, and they always have what we need.. great selection of gardening supplies as well. Lots of unique plants and more dirt than you will ever need ?..

Fat chick at self checkout in the weekday mornings always assumes im stealing. I'm not sure how she came to this conclusion as I have always paid for my items. It's not a huge deal I'll just shop elsewhere or go through a cashier, however it is annoying.

I asked about the difference of the shelf price and the register price at customer service the women said she'd check. She returned and gave me the product and credited me the full price. I was so surprised. I had no idea Superstore had that policy. I only wanted the money difference returned. She was so efficient. Didn't make me feel like I was trying to cheat Superstore. I felt no stress during the exchange other than worrying I read the shelf price incorrectly. They have a wide range of products. I like the garlic linguine dry pasta. The prices are usually great. The mushrooms don't have mold or another fungus on them, though sometimes they are tired or hit by the temperature change. I always bought there Vegetarian Chicken Breast PC Blue Menu - 936 g. They don't have it. There previous meat managers used to be so put out when I asked for this product.

Getting tired of going there after looking at the flyer and there is no stock on shelves. Maybe you should order in some product that’s advertised on flyer. I shop at 7:30 in the morning and there is no stock. Went in two days in a row and shelves are bare. First day of new flyer. This is clearly false advertising. I get the supply chain issues but this issue can be addressed if you know what’s going on flyer. Order more products or get the higher ups to not put theses items on flyer it’s not rocket science. Frustrated and fed up!

Shop here weekly, it is a great place to shop especially with the pc points program! Despite stock issues sometimes it is my preferred place to grocery shop. It makes spending money a little easier with the PC point program as well I have earned an excess of 44 dollars in points on a 200 dollar shop!
