This is BY FAR my favourite pet store in Penticton because 1-they don’t sell animals 2-excellent and extremely knowledgeable customer service 3-great prices and selection and will order stuff I want in if they don’t stock it 4-local family owned instead of a big box store 5-super cute resident dog Oliver is often there to brighten my day. ?

We just had our first experience with this business. I have never had better customer service from any other pet store ever. They were very knowledgeable about all the questions we had about our dog's allergies and what foods to try. They went out of their way to get us information about allergy testing from an external source. Their products they carry are all of the highest quality, and their prices are very reasonable. My only regret is that after driving past their store for so many years, we didn't come in sooner. Today, they gained another forever customer, and i highly recommend them to everyone.

Pet Pantry stocks only high quality dog food, treats and other dog essentials. The staff are not only extremely knowledgeable, but take the time to know their customers and their pets. Pet Pantry was referred to me shortly after we moved to Penticton. We prefer to shop local and support family businesses. This pet store is a local gem.
