I can't say enough good things about Knights Pharmacy! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with friendly faces, and the pharmacist truly goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my medications. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, always willing to answer any questions I have. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy pharmacy with exceptional service!

The doctor called me within 30 minutes of the appointment time. He clarified why I was on this medication and agreed to fill the prescription. Being a person well engaged with my personal health issues, I found this service to be very helpful. I didn't have to bother or wait weeks to talk to my GP about a simple refill.Thank you!

I transferred to Knights from a different pharmacy in Penticton and the difference in quality of service is incredible! Don and the other staff treat their customers like individual human beings and not just a number. I’ll never go to another pharmacy!

Best pharmacy ever! I was in Penticton for a few days, and walked into the pharmacy as a new patient. The pharmacist was able to write me a prescription, and get me my medication within 10 minutes. I didn’t have to pay anything because they direct billed my insurance plan. There were no walk in clinics taking patients that day, so having the pharmacist write me a prescription was very convenient.
