AMAZING SERVICE RECOVERY
On the boxing day sale I bought a bargain brand 65inch TV. It turned out to have an issue that couldn't be resolved through no fault of the Brick. My sales rep Richard (and Manager) did an amazing service recovery and I happily paid extra for an amazing Samsung that exceeded my expectations.
