Fritz Shoes Ltd. is an incredible shoe store and a staple in Penticton for 53 years. It is a privately owned business with beautiful European style and quality, and a huge inventory. The store is known for serving the community, not just the majority, with a focus on quality and service over quantity. It regularly stocks and orders difficult-to-find sizes, including wide and large sizes. The service staff provides excellent, amazing, and wonderful customer service; they are very knowledgeable, super nice, and on another level. Customers can find a great selection of footwear, from sneakers and runners to formal shoes and work boots, with exceptional quality and excellent pricing. It is considered the best shoe store in the Okanagan and should be your first stop for shoes.
Incredible shoe store!! Excellent service staff. Both Jane and Logan provided wonderful customer service during my visits. Quality of footwear is exceptional and pricing was also excellent!! As someone with a size 13 2E-4E width foot, this shop is the best shoe store in the Okanagan! Picked a pair of sneakers, runners, and formal shoes for less than $500 out the door in less than an hour. Daniel and his staff are on another level when it comes to customer service and selection. As someone with size 15 feet, it is nice to have a local store that regularly stocks and orders in my size. Serving the community, not just the majority. Quality and service over quantity.
