AMAZING SERVICE RECOVERY
On the boxing day sale I bought a bargain brand 65inch TV. It turned out to have an issue that couldn't be resolved through no fault of the Brick. My sales rep Richard (and Manager) did an amazing service recovery and I happily paid extra for an amazing Samsung that exceeded my expectations. “I was so pleased by the service I received at the photography counter. There were a few customers ahead of me and the London Drugs clerk was being efficient and thorouhgh in helping them. Another gentleman from the camera section came over to assist me with getting my passport photos done. The developing process was less than 10 mins though they have a standard window, (I think), of 25 minutes. Awesome place. I wanted to pick some fancy chocolate bars while I was waiting but barely had time even for that.”

“I stopped for a quick coffee refill and left my keys inside the car. When I was returning, my excited puppy, jumped and hit the power door locks, locking me out and the dog inside. I went inside and got some immediate assistance from the very helpful staff and was able to get a piece of scrap metal to be able to get inside the car.
