AMAZING SERVICE RECOVERY
On the boxing day sale I bought a bargain brand 65inch TV. It turned out to have an issue that couldn't be resolved through no fault of the Brick. My sales rep Richard (and Manager) did an amazing service recovery and I happily paid extra for an amazing Samsung that exceeded my expectations. Thank you Richard and the Brick for standing behind what you sell!”
“I was so pleased by the service I received at the photography counter. There were a few customers ahead of me and the London Drugs clerk was being efficient and thorouhgh in helping them. Another gentleman from the camera section came over to assist me with getting my passport photos done. The developing process was less than 10 mins though they have a standard window, (I think), of 25 minutes. Awesome place. I wanted to pick some fancy chocolate bars while I was waiting but barely had time even for that.”

“Terrific service. I highly recommend Howard and the team. Howard was so helpful in helping my 92yo mother choose a fridge right for her. When the fridge had ongoing problems, he replaced it temporarily while the repair shop worked on it. He is now working with the fridge company to resolve the issues. Thank you so much Howard!”
