I recently took my 96 year old Mum into Susanne’s. It was a top notch experience. The kind and patient attentiveness shown to my Mum by both salespeople Kimberly & Kathy made for the most pleasurable shopping experience anywhere in years. My Mum was over the moon with her lovely new jacket and cardigans and we were both impressed not only with the quality of merchandise, but mostly with the professional staff Susanne’s in Parksville employs. Thank you.

I went in today to look for some professional clothes to attend an out of town course. I had not been in the Parksville location until today and it won’t be my last visit. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I bought a few quality pieces. Don’t expect bargain prices, but you might find something you love.

I really enjoy this store. Delightful staff who are always ready to assist you. I can't go there without buying something. Lots to choose from, so much colour. It's another store I'll be going back to visit soon.

Love that store. Great choice of garments. The staff is exceptional...they actually come and help in the dressing rooms....something unseen in this day and age. Got several new pieces and some jewelry. Happy customer..will be back soon.

Cute unique clothing with color and lots of style that makes you feel like a million dollars! There's always stuff on sale and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's my 'go to' store and Im so very grateful its right here in Parksville.
