Fix Auto Collision in Parksville is the place you hope you never need… but are very glad exists.
Hector and his team absolutely saved us. Another body shop bailed on our tight January timeline at the last minute, and with a holiday coming up, we were scrambling. Fix Auto stepped in like pros — switched the ICBC paperwork, did the estimate, got approval, ordered parts, and made it all look easy.
We dropped the car off before our trip and came home to a fully repaired and detailed car, exactly when Hector said it would be. No surprises. No excuses. Just great service.

After my car was vandalized they were the only shop who could take me in that week for an estimate and even though there was a wait to have my car finished they even brought my car in quickly to make the door functional while I waited for the cosmetic portion to be completed. They were so kind about our entire situation and even personally drove me home after I dropped off my car for repairs! They really gave exceptional service all around and all of the staff were so friendly.”
